The pickup tube for the oil pump may be clogged but if it’s not either you get a new motor or you rebuild to one you got, personally if you plan to get a new one you should put the car though hell to see how long it last since you plan to put a new motor in it anyway

I think this is because of the main bearings. The oil enters from above into the bearings. A worn bearing will cause the gap between the axle and the bearing to be larger, and more oil will escape, which leads to lower pressure.

Run some marvel mystery oil thru the engine with the current oil and change the oil marvel mystery oil will clean out the engine and it'll help prevent the engine from locking up if it's really low oil pressure. People use it to help unseize a motor so it's pretty good at cleaning engines and fuel systems since it can be used in both

the oil pressure's dropping as the revs increase I'd be looking for a blockage before the pump.
Is the gauze clear on the pick up pipe? Pick up pipe clear? Gallery between pick up pipe and pump clear? Oil pump gasket fitted the right way around?
A leak in the pick up pipe, gaskets between pipe and gearbox or block to gearbox or between pump and block (pump mounting bolts too long) may also cause problems but if a leak in the pick up side of things was present I'd expect to have difficulty building oil pressure in the first place.
you could get that bolt out by placing a nut over the broken bolt and welding the middle of the nut to the bolt then let it cool down and unbolt it

My Go to for mechanical is UA-cam 🤷🏼♂️ but if you just put the engine in the car you probably gotta let it run awhile before it starts throwing codes The computer has been reset it has to run maybe it will throw a code maybe not idk double check lines and connection included oil filter and drain plug make sure they good

my guess would be the pick up tube is clogged or the oil pump is going bad because 10psi oil pressure is very bad and I wouldn't even drive it like that because you're going to starve the engine for oil and really fuck something up like the cam or the lifters

Engine sounds good, it could be that oil pump going bad, if so the oil pump is really easy to replace. Remove the timing cover bolt held with like 10 bolts and the pump is right there just 5 bolts and boom. Get a Haynes repair manual from an auto parts store and it will show you step by step.
no, it's not that easy to do...I just did one on my 392 and the whole front end of the car needs to be taking out. the bumper the radiator fan the radiator the intake needs to be taking out the crank pully needs to be out then you have to put the ac compressor off to the side then you need to drop the oil pan so you can get to the oil pick up tube bolt and then you have to fight with the oil pick up tube because the oil pump won't come out unless that's out the way. there are a few more other things as well to do but overall, it's not that easy because there so much to take out just to get to the oil pump.

@@runespaze I put a stage 1 cam and lifters in it so if you're going to do a cam and lifter then better to replace everything while you're already that deep in the motor so that's what I did, new timing chain new oil pump new cam new lifters
@@mikegreen3047 I did this job a while back. That’s why I recommended a repair manual book. They really go in depth when replacing cams and lifters and oil pumps. Plus Nick done hemi swaps so it shouldn’t be hard for him to remove the front end of the car.
@@x_verifying-_-7091 I am sure Nike can do it and I'm not saying it's a hard job to do because for the most part hemi engine are easy to work on but I was just saying that to replace the oil pump there is a shit ton of parts that needs to come off first just to get at the oil pump
