Well this put a smile on my face. Adam, (again) shows us how it's done on a Triple demon in the hands of a accomplished rider. A decent Scotts damper on that head stock might be the right medicine Seems to me Triumph is going to have to up their game… again. Thanks for the mind ride fellas. Excellent review.
I'll believe this bike exists when I see someone other than test rider riding one. Where are these bikes? Why are they in such limited stock? Here in Australia were apparently getting only 9 units. The dealers don't seem to know much.
"Motorcycle art" is their slogan and I think it totally fits...Unfortunately art is expensive and in this case there's no exception to the rule: this work of art costs 13.490 Euros here in Italy !!!
+303badassboxer - well that depends. The 848 would be a little bit of a better bike if you were going to commute. However for raw fun, the Dragster is going be the bike... Adam
I really appreciate you responding. Having a tough time deciding between the Dragster, SF and the new 959. Purely a bike just for fun is what I'm looking for.
I sure do miss buell. Too bad they were castrated with the sportster engine for the longest time. And just before they started to really come out with some great stuff, HD pulled the plug. We need another American sport bike. Personally, I think Victory would be the optimal company to venture into the sport bike world. They can be very forward thinking (i.e. their vision touring bike) and if they bring that same blank canvas design to sport bikes I think they could have a real winner after a few years.
Roy Diedesch yes this is true. But he is now more along the lines of Bimota or other low production manufacturers that sell 35k bikes. I wouldn't exactly consider him or his company nearly as relevant today as when he was under the HD wing. It's almost as if he doesn't exist. What we need is somebody to come along as Buell originally did with a major name backing them, but without all the restrictions HD put on Buell. A completely blank slate and a lot of money to fund it all. Polaris has the opportunity and ability to do this with Victory.
shisno314 This year, the Mv Agusta has sales orders for more than 10,000 bikes, so it can no longer be considered a low production manufacturer and then Daimler-Mercedes bought 20% of Mv Agusta and probably it will become an increasingly important partner. This motorcycle manufacturer we will see some interesting things.
+willie liz i'm 6'5 and i test rode one. static1.squarespace.com/static/53f97253e4b09b5739f23e67/53fad80ee4b009642c5f5c8a/542f5168e4b02c2961b1ac54/1412387179108/IMG_2700.jpg?format=500w What it felt like. Also, to see any part of the dash i have to look down so much i can't see the road at all. Power wheelies in 2nd are great though. can drag them out for a while.
Your videos are filled with so many contradictions. You say towards the end ( 4:05 ) how you "would probably stick with the Brutale 800". But then you continue praising it on how it is "night and day" and how it's so much better. Make up your mind already. Your vids are confusing to watch for anyone trying to get real opinions on these.
In his defence, i think he's referring to the old Brutale , as in the Brutale with the old MV ecu maps, which were known to be less than optimal. I assume all new MV's with this same engine should get the new map, making comparison in that regard irrelevant.
I had to mute it. This dude's voice is so whiny. Reminds me of Janice from Friends. You know, Chandler's first girlfriend on the show... anyway, nice video on mute with Major Lazer music playing.
In my opinion, this is arguably the best looking naked bike of ALL TIME.
That is how stock mirrors should be done. Well done, MV. Finally someone figured it out. No surprise it was MV
Nice review Sideshow Bob!
Me gusta MV Agusta! :)
Well this put a smile on my face.

I really like this bike.
why always the f..g music when it comes to presenting a bike. I want to hear the engine... the sound . and nothing else .. stop the f..g music.
Audio balance was terrible. Music too loud, talking too low. Use some dynamic audio compression&leveling next time.
+YPO6 Yeah it could have been better for sure. I have learned some new strategies for audio mixing which I am now using... Adam
Best designs in bike ever created
Gr8 vid! (need to sort out the audio issues...)
Worst case of Helmet hair...

Très bel essai et très jolie machine.
Helmet hair!
Not funny

This is a very cool bike, I think it's just bad luck it's coming to market at the same time as KTM's superduke.
Last 3rd of the video, audio mixing was terrible
any updates on the steering damper for this beautiful bike?
dragster rr comes with the damper
thanks
gorgeous
1:03 wtf with that hair cut?!
Which C map you set while wheelie
dos it have quick shifter?
j'adore le caniche qui présente l'essai , lol !!!
Any plans to review the 2014-2015 streetfighter 848? Or do comparison?
+303badassboxer Hi - there. No plans for that. It would be a cool test though...
+Adam Waheed Would you choose this bike over the 848 SF?
+303badassboxer - well that depends. The 848 would be a little bit of a better bike if you were going to commute. However for raw fun, the Dragster is going be the bike... Adam

+303badassboxer IDK - the 959 is pretty sick too. I ride a lot on the freeway so I must have a front fairing and a windscreen.
eargasm !
RIP motorcycle USA.
It's a buell lightning with more balls :P

Buell still makes bikes. Just under the name "EBR" (erik buell racing)

im 6'3" do you think i would fit on the street?
Not comfortably. This bike is for the shorter riders, The Rivale is more or less the option for taller riders.
+willie liz i'm 6'5 and i test rode one.

Did he say Head Shake or Head Shape?

hhs review makes more sense for people who had some prior knowledge of what the brutale 800 started as.
+MrPanda415 Then start following along. Here is your homework. Read everything MV related here: www.motorcycle-usa.com/author/adam-waheed/
great
Nice!
Head Shake is a Killer. Forget it!!
I want one.
That guy needs a haircut.
Gees bro ... where do you get off man :-(
Best looking bike in 2013/14, ungelest dude tho... lol

I think it have quite a boring sound...
