@@TheFlavourDiary The price should be high in Istanbul too. But this place is very popular by tourists, locals do not go there often. You can find better places in Istanbul.
Turkiye has become so expensive, I was sure their prices were going to be astronomical in London. They think that they're the top tier but they're not. Let them get into the EU and you'll see how tourism goes down in the country. Well deserved
Given the premium location and the reputation of Hafiz Mustafa, a portion of baklava would likely be priced in the range of £25-£50. This would account for the luxury branding, high-quality ingredients, and prime location while remaining competitive compared to Harrods' offerings.
That is true! The quality of the desserts definitely do live up to the price and like you said, if you want to enjoy something premium in a luxury location, this is the place to go😊
Guys - Not been to the store - but, been to couple of their branches in Istanbul... Their Kunafe is their signature dessert dish. Very nice.
I do like Hafiz, I’ve tried it in turkey it’s definitely much cheaper but it’s still nice to experience. Thanks for the recommendations 👍🏻
We are glad you liked the video!🫶🏼 We think the experience of enjoying the desserts inside the shop would be better!
You could go Turkey, eat your desert and come back in a same day with this price.
Your right!🫣😂 The prices in Turkey for the same desserts are probably half of the ones here in London!

Wow the shop looks amazing, but £25 for a cake 😮, that's is way too much especially if not eating in. Thanks guys for trying it for us😊
£25 for one slice is definitely a lot😅 perhaps it wouldn’t feel so bad if you are enjoying the experience inside the restaurant
That first cake costs the equivalent of about £6 in Istanbul if my currency conversion is right. You’re paying Knightsbridge prices, I guess.
Yes for sure the location of this place played a role in the pricing🥺
Thanks for the recommendations 😍
We are glad you loved the video❤️
Hafiz Mustafa, the Salt Bae of desserts!
Indeed it is! Although we haven’t yet visited the real Salt Bae!🫣
I was baulking at the price but I would definitely try one of their items if I was in the area.
It is pricey for sure! If I had to recommend just one item for you to try, it would be one of their milk cakes!
@@TheFlavourDiary I do like a milk cake!
That was a lot for a tres leches. That's a Hispanic cake that is usually super easy to prepare.
Definitely pricy! But it was in central London so the prices there are all pretty high unfortunately 😢
@@TheFlavourDiary I bet. But hey sometimes it feels good to splurge on food.
Amazing desserts😍

Advice never try deserts with wooden spoon/forks
Haha we totally agree. Unfortunately, it was not our choice!😂
