I m from Gaziantep and we are very proud to be from that city cause the culture and our food is unique and only in this city cause it is one of the oldest citys in the world. And it is so beautiful when u see this gaziantep pistachio always used in so many dishes even though with meat.
I think Gaziantep is a hidden city people now a days dont really know much about it but people who know it they know how fascinating it is.
What is brown cream he uses first as base of silver plate like Nutella!? Can you plz tell

I wish we had the Star Trek type technology of instant transport, so we could transport such foods from one end of the world to the next in an instant. Our future kids would be lucky as by then they might have the technology and it would be as common as cellphones today.
It’s simpler than that. Just allow the peoples from other foreign and interesting countries to migrate into mine and/or your country. They bring their cultures and customs with them and we all learn from each other. Simples!
