Thank you Harry. The new gimbals are a surprise as they were not included on my DC-24II. Very nice to not need to remove the back for gimbal adjustment!
Quick question, I know is too early to tell, but is the silk-screened lettering improved adhesion? The V1 is known for the lettering/numbers to peel off on the carbon fiber panels.
Thanks Harry, as a jeti owners we'd be lost without your vids, Wonder why jeti deleted the two sliders on the back and more importantly the two sliders on the side ,can you adjust the movement tension, thanks
Gday Harry. With the future wifi/bluetooth updates do you think the tx can be updated and programs installed with only using your phone and not needing a computer at all?
Hi Harry, I just received a DS-24 and confused after watching your description of the difference between old and new. My Tx has a front face like what you indicate is new, yet controls on the side and back like the "old"? Not sure what I have... bought it from JETI as a "demo" unit. Jerry
Annoyed that they removed the back plate sliders. 24 channels with 8 proportional encoders… where you actually have to take your hands off main controls to operate 7 and 8. Don’t like… The rest is nice upgrades
A bit of a shame that it is not possible to upgrade your old DS-24. Being able to send in your old one and get a new screen and software. Would be willing to pay a fair amount but i am not willing to buy a new one. It's a bit of a one time investment.
@@cotswoldpilot ?No off course not. This is how commerce works, i understand. Just saying that probably a lot of people would upgrade their old 24 in comparison to a lot off people buying an new one.
@@witwas1804 nothing to do with commerce. The new screen won't fit the old case. The new screen won't work with the old hardware. It won't run on the old software.
Seems a bit more nonsense than anything really. My DS-24 is just fine. If it had a touchscreen then maybe then it could be considered. I’ll wait until 2033 for the next update.
Thanks
Thank you very much Mark, much appreciated.
❤Great work Harry, thank you!

Thank you for the video. Do you know if LUA DS24 works with the DS24 II considering the sceen size changes ?
As far as I know, all LUA work on 24 II
Thank you

I don't know why, and no!
Sorry Harry, but Monty steals the show 😂😂😂😂
I should hope so given how much his appearance fee is!! 😂
He is an absolute heart-melter, a really sweet wee boy.

We will have to wait and see what Jeti does

You need to ask Jeti
@@cotswoldpilot right.....
hi harry have you found a screen protector for the ds24 v2 ?
Not yet
Thank you for the video! Does the software have the same bug than the DC 24 II with expo and dual rate?
What bug are you referring to?
@@jeffworsham8240 While programing expo or dual rate, if you touch the stick, values reset automatically to 0% and 100% respectively.
Hallo Harry, vielen Dank für die tolle Gegenüberstellung; liebe Grüße auch an Monty. :)

Can you do that with your car? Your phone? Your TV?
