I am happy about the new hub, especially the integrated telemetry, but I think it has a little design fault. If the connections were splitted in turbine and accessory side, which means the turbine and pump connection at one (the right) side and the receiver, telemetry and battery connections at the other side, it would fit better. Now the pump connection points away from the turbine and the battery is usually in the nose of the airplane.

I guess it depends on how you typically install. I like the new layout.

Nice video .. future possibility would be an Exbus connection.. lots of future possibilities.. including twin turbine setup

My first thought on seeing a "Pro Hub" from a turbine manufacturer was "GREAT! This will make controlling multiple turbines easier!" Apparently not the stuff of MY dreams anyway LOL
As an example, a BUFF scale model with EIGHT Xicoy turbo-jets in pairs through the "Hub-Pro" so as far as the RC system is concerned it's 4 engines.

He doesn’t. He just builds for the owners of the planes. Most of these are not his aircraft.

First off do you not realize the word is NOT English. It is a Catalan word and XI is pronounced (Cheee) in English. Second, he posted a damn video with Gaspar at Jet Power 2024 founder and owner of Xicoy. He asked how it’s pronounced and he said CHEE-COY! You’re frustrated for no reason bro, relax.

@@10fantic I think it is pronounced more like SHEE-COY. Because in Catalan X is pronounced like sh.
