Amazing how some go years and decades without a reflash.
Seems some when they hit the 150K on the odo, all of a sudden there's an issue that the flash fixes.
This one had a torque convertor installed at another shop and they damaged the transmission. This transmission shop installed a used unit and noticed the harsh shift issue. Hard to say if this issue was thought to be normal by the owner in the past or if the previous transmission didn’t have the issue.
😟 with the turbo as noisy as it was I wasn’t willing to drive it hard to find out how well it shifted under load.

@@ThePracticalMechanic I still haven't figured out the disc version numbers and year models that are applicable, hate to see you down-grade your SSM3 if it has a version later than the one on the disc I sent.

What software are you using?
I have had mixed results with aftermarket tools but the OEM tool is normally successful.
