The cat and Sir Lora have such… mind-boggling AI. It’s like they *want* to die, constantly running into AoE range, or running over hazardous ground. The cat usually never makes it out of Fort Joy in my playthroughs 😂
@@sherbet1446 My first game I tried my best to keep him alive... and failed. Current play through, pretty much just ignoring him, and yet somehow he's stayed alive longer than in my first game. I think the game just likes trolling me.
Me and my girlfriend played this game back in 2019, and we absolutely fell in love with it. It's my favorite game of all time. Since beating it for the first time on the ps4 I have purchased it 6 additional times for several of my friends, and I got 4 ps4s just so they'd play it with us :P It's one of those games I wish I could go back and experience for the first time again. I remember getting home from working a 12 hour night shift at 5am, waking my gf up out of bed so we could play it literally until I could not keep my eyes open, taking a nap for like 3 hours, then getting back up to play it all day and into the night. I think I found your channel just looking for Divinity stuff, and what a pleasure it has been! Thank you for your content! I can't even articulate how excited I am for Baldur's Gate 3, when I heard Larian was making it... I've never looked forward to playing a game so much. It has been a REAL struggle to see it in my steam library but not play through the early access. I want to go in completely blind and dissect it piece by piece taking as much time as I need to completely absorb it.
Number one hands down is Knockout. So overlooked i think i even messed the name up. With only one single handed weapon equipped you get a bonus skill. A one AP knockdown. Easily the number one overlooked and useful skill. Number 2 gotta be the terrify from inner demon. A one turn cool down hard cc. Too good. Oh yeah, it does damage too. Magic damage but still sweet. Wait, 1AP chicken scrolls are great too. And 1AP decay scrolls. And shocking touch... And of course tremor grenades. And charm grenades. And KO arrows...
Love the videos, thanks for the lore update I only recently discovered DOSII and it stole my heart. My question is if your Red Prince is a summoner, can you buff it like an incarnate and make it stronger or is the summon skill the only thing that would strengthen the dragon?
@@MortismalGaming awesome thanks. I'd hate to build him and play 98% of the game just to find out it didnt work. I figured normal buffs would be fine, but being new to the game I didnt know if there was a way to get the most of the dragon summon. I too was a little upset with the Lizard/Dragon lore but whatever I'm trying to find new ways to enjoy the game lol make a skinchanger mask from Magister Orivand, Ryker, The Shadow Prince and Lohar
Hey look, someone who doesn't try and tell me what I do or do not know and simply says I "might" not have heard of these. Thanks for not being one of those scumbags. Edit: Fixed spelling mistake.
My favorite rpg. Stopped playing midway for over a year because it became like normal for me on tactician...I should prob drop a party member to make it harder on myself...idk...then I tried Div 1 in tactician but it’s less hard and more completely unfair. Gives inaccurate hit percentages....like I kept missing with 70%+ accuracy and dealt with it until the orca on the beach...rage quit. Had a blast on normal til now I’m OP and that’s where I started thinking I should probably have a party of 2 not 4

I never even try to keep the cat alive and it always just lives.
Next time teleport the cat on top of something and off of it when you leave fort joy works everytime
Lol gwydian rince is worse. At least the cat and sir Lora try to avoid fires
Damn cat killed itself standing in a poison puddle…

I just want them to confirm the next one, but i doubt they make it to xbox or ps since release
Somehow I've never interacted with that plant in all my playthroughs - this is awesome
Sabotage is the best skill to mess with your friends that could have tons of grenades in their inventory
I love putting some grenades or arrows into enemy inventories by "thieving" then using mass sabotage
I missed that plant! welp time for another playthrough i guess.

The cat was owned not just by any wizard, but a RHYMING wizard.
Longtime fans should have caught that and should have guessed immediately.
It was belagare
@@floof_of_the_cosmos yes, good for you.
Awesome video. Thanks a bunch!
Awesome freaking videos.
Just finished the game yesterday
Was going to watch but I plan to play through this game as the Red Prince so I'll put a pin in it
I wanted to keep the cat safe but my brother went through the poison near Fane in fort joy so he fukn died lol
Im expecting to see the cat, dragonling, inner demon, and curse on this list. Let's see how I do
One way I'm playing now is with red prince as a pyro dual wand. Is the dragon summon worth it if I don't put any points into conjuring?
Considering you get right before end game, no not particularly
@@MortismalGaming ok thats what I was thinking. Thanks! Loving this DOS 2 content.

Infusions only work on incarnates, but other summons do still get buffs from your summoning skill

if you use the gifted bag you can buff all summons
Thank you for the spoiler alert, still undergoing my first playthrough. So, I will visit this later.
Thanks
We should co op on switch 💯
come il principe rosso apprende evoca drago?
I killed red prince to become the Divine, so no spoilers here.
