Ingredients
Full Fat Milk-1 L
Ice cubes -
Lemon Juice- 4tbsp
Water-4tbsp
Salt-
Sugar-2cup
Water-3cup
Cardamom-4
Method
Boil the milk well.. Then switch off the flame ..After 5 minutes add lemon juice ..U can see the milk started to curdle.
After 5 minutes add ice cubes.
Then remove that to a cloth and pour cold water over it.
Now squeeze that cloth and put some weight over the cloth with paneer.
After 15 minutes take out the chenna and transfer to a plate and knead well for 3-5 minutes or until its a smooth dough.
Now divide and roll into small balls.
Keep aside these balls by closing with a wet cloth
Now heat water and sugar along with cardamom and salt ..Boil well.
Then add these balls and close the Kadai and cook for about 10 minutes in medium flame
After 10 minutes switch off the flame and keep aside the Kadai and don't open for another 20 minutes.
So your yummy rasgulla is ready to serve ..u can serve hot or cold .. Can decorate with saffron. - Навчання та стиль

I have had rasgulla in bihar, they are huge and just like sponge used in washing clothes... delicious.. also... in winter season they have rasgullas made in jaggery syrup.. had hot

I will have rasagula,gulab jamun etc with icecream.sugar syrup I will not take much.normally I was buying now I can make all these at home so that i can adjust sugar based on my taste .it's gud for health if we make at home so that we can adjust sugar based on our health and taste.😚

Also try once the original odisha rasugulla. They are slightly brown in color and made from pure cheena. The white once are the once which was copied from odia version and some araarot and semolina was added to increase the self time and to make it white to look good (commercial purpose only). Then it was tinned and aggressively marketed so become famous.The odisha verity is soft,spongy and melts in mouth and more tasty whereas the other one is generally rubbery.

There's never a time I'd hv been in India ( even Spore and KL ) when I'd not hv bought a whole tin n savoured them one by one in divine ecstasy ! And yes a dash of Rose syrup just lets me slip into timelessness !
++ Call it extended ignorance or timely learning - much thanks to you -- I had always..always wondered how ( n what) these balls were made...and to see it coming off split milk n then iced cooled and gently knuckle kneaded n rolled up into its final form was quite simply jawdroppjng.. haha !! And those subtle yet vital tips of saving the water post straining the white cheese for other possible uses..the fine pressured kneading to get the balls to be delectably soft..siphoning of impurities in the sugar syrup by adding some milk if need be, were all beyond any textbook mention ?!
++ Only peeve VJ was your rather 'stepmotherly' treatment in a miniscule Qtr cut in tasting..haha..that was unpardonable and disenchanting to these coup de foudre ( love at first sight...or is it bite !)
