Question about crafting and blood shard gambling. I'm running lower torment levels and was wondering what has more effect on potential outcomes, current torment level or current available GR level. Is it worth stacking blood shard them jumping up to T16 (currently running T7-T8) and spending shards or does it matter.
I don't think it matters. Blizz has stated that game difficulty does not factor into blood shard gambling. Character level does matter, though. Kadala sells items that require charcters to be level 16 to equip. (Although season 28 has given us hte ability to remove item level requirements in the Altar of Rites)
another trick especially gambling for the alt, is to do tier 16 bounties with everyone and save the loot boxes in your storage, after you get about 50-60 of them saved up, switch characters and then open with those characters. you'll max out 1600 blood gems multiple times. I build up my barb and wizard from this and got their set gears for it., and the extra items in the piles are good to find other items you need to finish off your builds that aren't set items.
I’m 2 days into the season and farming gr90’s, one thing I found is that Kadala gives a lot more primal than before, maybe because of the 1/10 buff from altar of rite
When you unlock the double primal seal, the final seal, if Kadala gives you a primal, you get another one as well. So she has double the normal odds to give you a legendary in general, combined with the double primal seal... It's nice.
It's probably just rng in your favor. Like someone else said, if you have the altar node for double legendaries from her it will be easier, but it's still 0.4%. Sometimes she is nice, sometimes not so much. Enjoy it while it lasts.
Nagelring and the old crafted cains set that used to give 50% magic find when paired together you would get 15 legendaries not 12. We no longer have cains set giving 50% instead it adds more keys. And unfortunately a 50% nagelring paired with level 23 cains set only gives 60% this is not enough to get 15. But you can get 14 drops that are legendary. This is recommended if you are leeching. Try it before you say im wrong. Ive 100% tested this with my alt accounts while i solo cleared 4 mans and just teleported them at the end.
to be honest I just re-did my old magic find setup for speeds and it no longer works. It did back in season 23. So sometime between then and now they changed it to be capped at 12, not counting Petrified screams.
@@VeiledShot - You should never run out of mats if you have unlocked the pet picking up and salvaging them. I ran about 20 normal rifts to get keys, and got almost 10k reusable parts and other mats, never had to clear bags either because all I had were legendaries.

That means your build is still not optimal. If you want to do easy 90 this season, you can try Demon Hunter with GoD Hungering Arrow Build. @@jademers88 What weapons are you using? You can use Dawn and Valla's Bequest for weapons. If you die alot, you need Wraps of Clarity Bracer as well. For skills, the most important one is Vengeance with Dark Heart rune. You can use Shadow Power with Gloom rune as well to further make your character more tanky. With Wraps of Clarity, Vengeance and Shadow Power activated and when you Strafe, your toughness will be pushed to 100s of millions so you can just strafe through packs of enemies. You need to keep your GoD's Momentum stacks up, preferably at max 20 stacks for maximum dmg and speed. So when you Strafe, hold SHIFT + Hungering arrow skill every once in a while to keep stacks up.
As all the comments in here are good info. I just wanted to point out some things that newer players dont realize about upgrading gear. As far as toughness goes. Agility and strength toons benefit greatly from the all resistance stat while Intelligence toons benefit greatly from the armor stat. Also look at your secondary stats on gear. If the secondary stat has a resistance on it then you cannot re roll a main stat with all resistance. As far as damage on your dh, the basic Crit, Crit and cooldown is primary until you push higher where you will need area damage. GoD dh is not a tanky build by any means and you really have to watch your placement in higher GR’s so dont be discouraged while you learn the class.
Imagine getting 5 Primal K'mar Tenclips in a day. 4 from Kadala. Yesterday sucked. The others were a puzzle ring, uhe shoulder, Calamity, Danetta's Revenge and Spite (one from cube recipe 3), and Natalya's Slayer.
Use sets correctly, if necessary equip a unity on yourself and your follower, IF your follower has a token that prevents them from dying. Any 6-piece class set in the game should keep you alive in T10, really, and sets like Guardian, Aughild, and Cpt. Crimson will help with keeping you alive, as well as stuff like Aquila Cuirass, etc.
I actually have, but I use all 3. Typically, if you're focusing on elemental damage, enchantress is better, scoundrel for focusing on crit, and templar can offer a few other things.
A quick tip i never see mention, you can keybing the "skip" button to quickly skip dialog instead of pressing the X in the corner. Spam that button each time you see any text box. I think it's the "close window" keybing or something.
do i something wrong ... i do normal rifts for gear ... gr´s are way to slow for just 10-12 items my stash is full with leggys after like 2minutes in a normal rift
you wouldn't want to use a dex character to farm gear for an intel/str character, you would likely get the wrong main stat that needs rerolling into the correct main stat a lot of the time and then have to reforge after to get the reroll back so as to use it for what really matters for the build type. huge waste of mats probably better to make a new character get power leveled up and get help with gear from a character using the same main stat honestly. (i am not sure if simply reforging gear changes the main stat just by switching from a dex to intel character or not?).
Going insane, my whirlwind build is broken, i will literally MELT any enemies at tier 100, but even just a tiny little poke from the weakest enemy im instant dead. I can't survive a single hit lmao
I wanna play diablo again, i havent played since season 25 when the soul shards and hellforge ambers were a thing, i collected roughly 5 soul shards just from playing the campaign and i was working my way up til the difficulty when id start getting hellforge amebers to use so i could make use of the soul shards, then my wifi stopped working and i havent had wifi since and considering those items were season 25 exclusives i now have 5 soul shards just sitting in my stash with no way of utilising them(i still dint have wifi) so im guessing theyre just useless now
This is good to know, I been playing on a alt. Character fairly weak on t10 and surprisingly got a few primal drops in regular rifts and from crafting set items is that normal? Lol
Well if you get 12 legendaries per you're looking at 12*50 which is 600, and the drop for a primal is 1/400 so you're on the higher side of things, but rng is what it is, sucks my friend :(
I bought Diablo 3 as soon as it came out, but I didn't play much because the builds were constantly changing. I hope they will stop changing it soon and I will finally start playing D3.
As mentioned before, this is a clickbait title, it is not a secret, but due to the power scaling in the previous seasons and current season the highest efficiency of farming Primal's/legendries is at GR 100 as long as you can clear it in the 2-3-minute timer, if you can't then it's still GR 90 in the 2-3-minute timer. The average player joe might know this already, due to the maxroll community.

For me that title is clickbait. If you would have used another one like "One Major Tip to improve your Greater Rifts" then no one would expect anything special...
The vast majority of players have heard that GR90 is the cap for loot drops. A minority of players have found out that GR100 is the lootcap for legendary items.
90 was the cap at one point, there was a recent patch that added the max at GR 100, I can't remember which patch it was. but GR 90 was the most commonly known to be most efficient. In terms of legendries per hour. So the opinion, that both of you have is neither wrong, or right. I wouldnt even call it perspective. There are many players, who barely know anything about D3, despite it being an old game, (these guys are usually asking for boosts, carries, etc) they typically would not know of the raised efficiency from 90 to 100, I would say with the latest season that efficency number, changed from 90 to 100.

another trick especially gambling for the alt, is to do tier 16 bounties with everyone and save the loot boxes in your storage, after you get about 50-60 of them saved up, switch characters and then open with those characters. you'll max out 1600 blood gems multiple times. I build up my barb and wizard from this and got their set gears for it., and the extra items in the piles are good to find other items you need to finish off your builds that aren't set items.
What armor set should I run for non seasonal Demon Hunter?
I’m 2 days into the season and farming gr90’s, one thing I found is that Kadala gives a lot more primal than before, maybe because of the 1/10 buff from altar of rite
When you unlock the double primal seal, the final seal, if Kadala gives you a primal, you get another one as well. So she has double the normal odds to give you a legendary in general, combined with the double primal seal... It's nice.
i havent gotten a single primal off Kadala =(
It's probably just rng in your favor. Like someone else said, if you have the altar node for double legendaries from her it will be easier, but it's still 0.4%. Sometimes she is nice, sometimes not so much. Enjoy it while it lasts.
What build are you using in this video
What build did u run with this DH?
What dose the challenge rift rewards do?
Veiled Shot, You're so cool! Let's be friends and have fun!
How did you get the blood essence?
What character did you use in this bro.
Upgrading rare items is also a pretty fast way to build a new character while gambling
100% true, some people may run out of materials however.
@@VeiledShot it's especially helpful with weapons as you can hone in on a specific type
@@VeiledShot - You should never run out of mats if you have unlocked the pet picking up and salvaging them. I ran about 20 normal rifts to get keys, and got almost 10k reusable parts and other mats, never had to clear bags either because all I had were legendaries.
thanks, I'm developing a Wizard using Archon set and I can comfortably do level 80 rifts, level 90 might be difficult.. will give it a try
Tal Rasha Meteor wizard is fastest brain-dead build for farming GR 100-115 at the moment.
I'm curious if will be ready DIABLO 4 , how should be an equivalent of Greater Rift there.
GR 100 doesn't always drop all legendaries. I get still get 1 yellow drop every 5 or so runs
I can barely do a 90 in 12 minutes and I'm just not getting upgrades or know how to upgrade my gear. I have a great build though. Any tips? I started playing a week ago and then hit a wall
That means your build is still not optimal. If you want to do easy 90 this season, you can try Demon Hunter with GoD Hungering Arrow Build. Smashing through grift 90 takes about 1.5 minute - 2 min minute max but this build struggles with 110 without going super min-max. Which build are you using btw?
@@hrtopspeed3233 oddly enough that's the build I'm doing problem is I'm paragon 823 but my dps is 984k and my toughness is 28 million I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong: (
@@jademers88 What weapons are you using?
GoD dh is not a tanky build by any means and you really have to watch your placement in higher GR’s so dont be discouraged while you learn the class.
i use yout build form the dh but how you use the left mouse butom when you attack
How can we increase toughness? I have some insane dmg but only 9mill toughness and got one shot T10… thanks!
There are a lot of ways and it also depends on the class so it's hard to say. One easy way is to just improve your gear and get better stats on them.
Then there’s me, looking for a damage boost when my character has 1.2 billion toughness after buffs
See this is my biggest problem too I have such little toughness but really high damage
@@reapercurse4502 - Yeah, my Crusader builds are usually like that.
i hit plateau on paragon 500+ on GR 56, any tips? T_T
So im right in the sweet spot then . I run 105 in 2-3 min depends on density .- cheers and thank you for that , didn't even know .
i loved you in that 70's show, Kelso.
Just a note for everyone, I was doing a GR 125 and got a blue item, so GR100+ isn't guaranteed to give 12 legendaries
What is the difference between a normal GR and an empowered GR...?
Instead of 4 gem upgrades you get 5.
So not really worth tons of gold for one more upgrade, imo...ty for response!
Hi, Why do you use scoundrel as follower. Please do a video on follower.
I actually have, but I use all 3. Typically, if you're focusing on elemental damage, enchantress is better, scoundrel for focusing on crit, and templar can offer a few other things.
Templar for pushing Enchantress for T16
I used witch doctor and I started progressing..but for my others no luck
i got a petrified scream on a char that is not seasonal, says requires level 70 but im 70 + paragorn 30, still cant use it, why? :)
A quick tip i never see mention, you can keybing the "skip" button to quickly skip dialog instead of pressing the X in the corner. Spam that button each time you see any text box.
I think it's the "close window" keybing or something.
"esc" o_O
@@kekjacob6746 But esc will pop up a menu if you spam it, if you rebind it you only close stuff and the esc menu is still on the esc button.
@@Kagdar never had this prob but ok xd
Agree with Jacob. Got 4000+ hours in the game. Pretty much only need to cancel/press ESC when rift starts or first time @ urshi but ok indeed lul
I think by default the [space] bar will close open dialogues/windows.
do i something wrong ...
i do normal rifts for gear ...
gr´s are way to slow for just 10-12 items
my stash is full with leggys after like 2minutes in a normal rift
Normal rifts are decent, but GRs shouldn't necessary be slow if you're running at around 2 mins.
I’ve had some one help me reach 420 paragon level but I’m still doing level gr20s. What am I doing wrong?
You need to maximize your equipment and use the Cube. You must search a build and stick to it and buff it all across your items
Lmao! You: “If you can complete a GR90 in about two minutes…” Me: **was feeling proud about completing GR13 within the bonus time limit until now**
Thank you lord commander
Build !?
you wouldn't want to use a dex character to farm gear for an intel/str character, you would likely get the wrong main stat that needs rerolling into the correct main stat a lot of the time and then have to reforge after to get the reroll back so as to use it for what really matters for the build type. huge waste of mats probably better to make a new character get power leveled up and get help with gear from a character using the same main stat honestly.
I wanna play diablo again, i havent played since season 25 when the soul shards and hellforge ambers were a thing, i collected roughly 5 soul shards just from playing the campaign and i was working my way up til the difficulty when id start getting hellforge amebers to use so i could make use of the soul shards, then my wifi stopped working and i havent had wifi since and considering those items were season 25 exclusives i now have 5 soul shards just sitting in my stash with no way of utilising them(i still dint have wifi) so im guessing theyre just useless now
How do I get Uber item$?
Currently running LVL 90s but it's a little slow.. really trying to get some upgrades..
can someone please tell me how to unlock greater rifts higher than level 77?
This is good to know, I been playing on a alt. Character fairly weak on t10 and surprisingly got a few primal drops in regular rifts and from crafting set items is that normal? Lol
I got 2 primal’s on expert difficulty running regular rifts and 😎gambling shards
Im gonna make 10 wiz or necro boost to 70 wear the set. Do gr70 boom 10 primal.jk i dunno if that works
50 GR 100 farmed zero primals, I've gotten one primal total
reds not dropping for me either tried 130s 100s and lower reg rifts no luck
Well if you get 12 legendaries per you're looking at 12*50 which is 600, and the drop for a primal is 1/400 so you're on the higher side of things, but rng is what it is, sucks my friend :(
I pulled a primal from kadala at like paragon350 while playing with a buddy right after he asked if she could drop them 😅

Why do you not have double primals unlocked yet?
At his current paragon it would be unlikely to have found 6+ (useless) primals.
@@dovekie3437 I just hit 1,100 less than an hour ago and have had double primals unlocked since Tuesday around 700. I'm pretty sure most people who have gotten to 1,075 this quickly have the entire altar unlocked well before 1,075.
@@JohnDoe-ld8nr I'm at 1010 and have had 3 total primal drops. I did 75 extremely early, and did no real high grift farming for xp. Mostly have spammed 90-100 grfits with breaks to farm keys / puzzle rings portals.

Made the mistake of making a crusader season 28. Can barely do rank 85 GRs. Little did I know they are terrible.
I farm gr150 with demon hunter I cam compete it in 3 mins or less depending on how many enemies show up in that rift. As some span lot really fast and others don't and need to go down 3 or more floors first and some only takes 1 and or 1 and very little of floor 2. But my demon hunter also has full maxes out Gen gear pushing over 685b damage and so on. I lose none of either bar for skills and 1 shot even the rift guardian. Most of the gems are also maxed out at 150 as well. Everything also has 3 gems as well.
Thanks, Steve.
Why is his Dawn red like that?
its been crafted into a primal using the new recipe added for this season
@@markherbert2688 Thank you!
Recipe 11 in the cube. ^^ but you need to salvage 2 primals for it.

Loot cap at GR90-95. Nothing above that really needs to be done. Get to where you can do a GR93. Ish. In 2-3 min and you will farm what ya need
Loot cap is at gr 90 not 90-95
@@Bonked0001 at 90 is 10-12 items at 100 is 12 always....
That was the point of the video, that isn't true. True loot cap is at 100, 90 can drop 10-12 legendaries/sets, but 100 ALWAYS drops 12. So true loot cap is 100.

This is not true. Watch the video and you will see.
@VeiledShotDiablo if you're worried about an extra 2 legendary when 90s most of the time drop 12 then I donno what to tell you. If you clear sub 1 minute 90s, but 2 minute average 100 gr than you'll have more legendary drops per hour doing 90 speed gr.
@@babalu1987 I like how you say "anything higher is just more xp and shard capacity" then you go on to say "if you're worried about an extra 2 legendary" clearly you just contradicted your own statement and I don't really need to say more.
@@VeiledShot Well, technically you are both right. It's the cap for loot NUMBER, it's not the cap for loot QUALITY. But running 100s does not guarantee you 12 oranges/greens 100% anyways, so unless completing a 100 takes you only max 20 seconds more than a 90, there's no point in running 100 IF the goal is hunting for primals or upgrades.
90 is not the cap😎

Everything is clickbait.
Definitely not a "SECRET". 90 used to be the thing back in the day where most sets did not yet have X0000% damage mods on them.
Not a cool clickbait, not cool.
Obviously not a "secret" but not well known. I've been watching both Rax and Wudi since I got back into the game and like many others in this section thought 90 was the maxed out level until I saw this video.
John snow
Can someone help me level up my seasonal character?? Boost me a bit ? Id really appreciate it! ( Im on PS4 only! )
You can make you point in just about 2 minutes. Why making 9 minute long video instead i dunno
That "Secret Tip" isn't actually secret, it's well known by the most of the people. Maybe it's new for someone who is playing super casual, but secret is not the correct word here. For me that title is clickbait. If you would have used another one like "One Major Tip to improve your Greater Rifts" then no one would expect anything special...
Well your perspective is off as "well known by most people" is not true. But you're welcome to your opinion on whether's it is clickbait.
If i did know about it before watching the video I am gonna dislike this very much.
Did ya dislike it? Haha
Diablo 3 = PITA
