Born and raised in Seattle, WA. In the 60's and early 70's we used to go to the "U=Pick" farms in Yakama, WA. Totally ripe, totally fresh and great exercise too! For the longest time - decades, it's hard to find truely ripe fruits :( Sometimes I do get them - but I mostly look for honeydews! My wife insists that I pick the fruits we eat! Some people call them 'over-ripe' but they don't know what they're talking about with being used to 'extremely under-ripe' fruits... Sad state of affairs if you ask me.
I really injoy the character in Your voice, Sis.. I feel like You might create beautiful storiez to then narrate for "books on tape" sort of vibez..

Have you been to the North Shore Equestrian Center? I was a student at Post Aug 86 - May 87. I saw Dr. Joan Digby riding a horse there.

Maybe I showed your parents to their seat? If Mark is interested in movies, I suggest "Conspiracy Theory (1997)." It contains a very beautiful scene of a woman on a horse on Long Island. You can tell him, "That was me!" The opening credits are ad-libbed: completely unprepared and did not know who would step into the taxi. The pure genius to come up with all that.

It's great to learn how people started off with a goal but adapted to a new path. I went from an unfinished law enforcement degree, to telecommunications, to poetry, photography, video and now dabbling with acting with much more inbetween. Cheers!

About being a farmer - I think a lot of people don't quite appreciate that being a farmer isn't really a job. It's a status you get by owning an asset: a farmer is someone who owns a farm. In many cases they also work long hours on the farm but it's the ownership, not the work that defines them as a farmer.
