Bosch FlexiClick Vs Makita Subcompact

The Bosch 18v FlexiClick System VS. The Makita Subcompact 18v SDS Plus Rotary Hammer! Both drills did amazing in this test, even with the Bosch beating the Makita in one of the drilling tests! Other than that the Bosch SDS Rotary Hammer Attachment came in on a close second, definitely was not far behind. I've got to say, for an attachment it definitely gives the Subcompact a run for its money, especially because of all the other uses the FexiClick can be utilized for.
I would definitely recommend this attachment!

I’d love to see a comparison of 12v vs 18v flexi click sds performance.

I am not so sure about the makita subcompact rotary hammer, but I do own and use bosch flexiclick 18v (including the SDS attachment) for few months for my installation job, and my comment is I won't recommend the SDS attachment for regular use. The reasons are: 1) weak 1 joule impact energy 2) Consumes more battery power compared to 18v SDS rotary hammer with pneumatic mechanism (gbh18v26) 3) Easily gets hot after few holes. I use the only attachment only during emergency and limits the diameter of sds bit to 6mm

Oh man. What type of holes you were doing?. The other day I made 25 holes in a row (3/8, about 2 to 3 inches deep) in very strong concrete where a normal hammer drill would not work. Thankfully it is working ok for me. Started with a fully charged 4ah battery and consumed 2 out of 5 bars

I’m a carpenter and I use the Makita subcompact almost every day. As a small lightweight SDS drill, I can’t recommend it more highly, amazing power from that brushless motor.
