Easy method
Ingredients
1-Shark 250gm
2-Coconut-1cup
3-Mango-half cup
4-Chilly powder-2table spoon
5-Turmeric powder-1 table spoon
6-Green chillies-3nos
7-Ginger-2slices
8-Water-as needed
9-Salt-as needed
10-Curry leaves
Method
First marinate the shark with chilly powder, mango, turmeric powder and salt green chilies and ginger and keep it aside for 5-10min
In this time we can prepare coconut mix
In a grinder add 1 cup coconut with turmeric powder with required quantity of water grind it in to a fine paste and keep it aside
Just transfer the shark mixture in to man chatty. add water just to dip all the ingredients and put it in to the stovetop and cover . after 5min just check the mango and shark to be കോകെട്. pour the coconuts mix and just keep for boiling add curry leaves and keep it closed
Seasoning with mustard ,fenugreek ,red chilly, in oil and pour on the top
Tasty super delicious shark mango curry Becomes ready😋😋😋
