Ninebot Max G30P Error 14 and 15 Fix

- Error code 14 and 15 with the flashing red wrench! I was able to first fix the problem with a simple reset, shown in the beginning. Eventually, that didn't work anymore. The wires bend sharply going into the connections under the digital display. Straightening the wires and taping the connections seems to fix the problem. (paid link)

Had my 1st error code 15 today 24Sept2021.
° The initial problem began when dash and scooter didn't turn on when pressing the button.
° Eventually it turned on, then shortly after beginning to ride the scooter decelerated itself a few times while I was trying to accelerate.
° Then the red 15 began flashing.
° I turned it off and on a few times, but the flashing 15 kept appearing.
° I did a reset after remembering reading about it, and it worked. I made it home and found your vid.
° Watching your video was helpful in confirming what I guessed was the cause.
° Inspecting the issue I now think that hanging any bag over the handlebars can be one cause of such a problem. As when a bag strap/handle finds its way into a small exposed piece of electrical wiring from the brake it can put just enough tension on the connection as to disturb it.

How did you get it to turn back on… mine is a stuck turned off
I had ‘error 15’ showing, done what you did in the video, and it’s cleared it. Those wires was stuffed/crammed into a grey rubber cup with some right angle bends to them.So I took them out of that grey cup and tape each connector, and free those wires so the do not have such a bend on them, THANKS MATE 👍🏾🇬🇧
Thanks for the video. my scooted fell over and started giving me the error 15 message. Just used this to fix my scooter. Bought tamper T10 torx screwdriver. Opened it up and the cable was literally unplugged. Plugged it back in and right back to working.
Had the same problem. Just picked up the scooter and dropped it on its tires from knee high. Fixed it for now. If it happens again, I’ll open it up and replace the connectors. Thanks again!!!

Worked lol.dropped it before getting on a n elevator and it quit out on me half way to class.

Thanks man. Just now got an error 15. Followed the video the cords were bent but could replicate the error. So i straightened them. And then put it back together. And it seems to be fixed.
If the black power cord is broken, error 14 will also occur. Thanks for the tip, I finally fixed the issue！！！THANK YOU！！！！

worked for me. the connection is bad right up next to the display connection - i can tell that my fix won't hold. i'm gonna have to figure out how to fix the blue brake wire right as it enter the solder connection to the board. oh joy. Still, thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Think the person who had the scooter before me couldnt figure out the problem and replaced the handle with the wrong one, and to rid of the error codes 14 & 15 I have to find the correct replacement as I checked every video in history and tried every single trick haha

You should probably have cut and soldered these.. once a connection like that is bad it will never be fully ok by just bending in my experience: issue always returns at some point.

hello, my scooter is stuck on 20km/h (12-13mp/h) in every mode eco,drive and sport what can i do?
Now do a tutorial on Ninebot F40e/F40 on how to get the screen out.
i had the same problem, sometime works and some time shome error 15 and the scooter stop, i usually press the break and run again.
that's what I did sometime just release the throttle also work. Not sure if something is loose in there or shorting.
