My ninebot goes 30 speed on driver mode ... it's supposed to only go 25 on that mode will this fix that issue ?

My will not accelerate by just kick and holding accelerate button... I have to put both feet on deck. Is this normal ?

I tried that but an f2 comes up on mine. My scooter only goes 5 mph after I got caught in the rain.
I looked at the battery but it looks too complicated to take apart and put together again.
