I'd love a film about a newly formed Titan crew being thrust into a Black Crusade; having to struggle with the relationship between Princeps and Titan, the synergy between the different crew members, the tough calls they have to make to beat the traitor legions etc. The epic spectacle of "Pacific Rim", the camaraderie of "Master and Commander" and the pulse-pounding action of "Top Gun" - all in the the grim darkness of the 41st Millennium!

I also fall asleep to Luetin 40k lore. I don't play Warhammer or anything but I'm interested in the lore and he's very thorough. If I can't sleep I enjoy learning, but also it's pretty easy to fall asleep to. Love his vids.

One thing that stuck out to me, the use of the volcano cannon to execute the traitor engine. The volcano cannon was a relatively recent development deployed in M36. How could an engine in the heresy be equipped with one?

Your 40k videos are by far the best around. For someone who's not a tabletop player, but just a fan of the lore, they are little nuggets of gold amidst an ocean of shit. They're informative, articulated and slick looking. TY for the work and dedication
michael howell I believe it would be a waste of effort. Ships have powerful void shields, and those are incredibly effective against titan’s weaponry. Ballistic weapons for ground to space would require immense railguns to be somewhat effective, and even those would hardly be reliable at hundreds of KMs from their targets; missiles could work, but each one would be massive in size as it needs to propel itself out of the atmosphere, which means easier to detect and intercept; lance/laser weaponry does not posses the range to engage at those distances. Nevertheless Titans would work magic as deployment denial, with enough firepower to one shot any drop ship.
What bout space faring ship's using rail guns? once you fire a round in space, it travel's and travel's until impact...newton's first law So to effectively take out space faring ships with rail gun tech it needs to be fired with 100% precision, cuz if you miss, the shot will continue to travel until it connects with something, could be a asteroid, could be a planet, could just travel in a straight line for 10,000 years and randomly hit something in its trajectory at the same time as the shot travel's through the area. im sure 40k got its own equivelent to that type of firepower, but realistically, railgun tech, precision shots, extreme long range.. Perhaps disable void shields to ensure a one shot kill? Dont fully understand how they operate or if they transcend physics( which im not gonna bitch about, warhammer gives enough "lore logic" to effectively suspend disbelief so its not like everything in 40k is gonna align with our current understanding of science...its the far future after all😁)

I know that this is a bit off topic, however, I used to use drugs, finally got off them however I needed something to fill the void and accidentally discovered warhammer, was walking by a store in my town, and saw some cool stuff went in and started checking it out, it's a store devoted to mainly warhammer they have painting areas and huge battlescape tables in the back all the books and miniatures for purchase and a whole community of people that do it in their spare time. I had to ditch all of my "friends " who use so pretty much all of them. Now I found new ones of a like mind. And when I'm not working, doing mundane tasks ect I paint or play. Who knows, warhammer may have saved my life. It is expensive, I'll give it that. I've heard it's even bigger over in Europe.

@22:00 Physical weapons can bypass void shields? I thought void shields were often saturated with fire from tanks/artillery/etc in an attempt to overload them. Or do void shields work like the shields from Dune in that objects moving below some defined velocity can slip through them?
I know this is a a year ago and you probably found your answer but you are right if the projectile is going slow enough it can completely bypass the shield
LUETIN, a slightly random but possibly enlightening video idea popped into my head while watching... Perhaps a short video on some of the artwork you feature. Sometimes the art is an unintelligible sprawl of combat and anarchy and it can be difficult to understand who and what we are looking at. I wonder how much artwork is based on very specific and pivotal moments that, by themselves, are the perfect insight into the background of certain hero characters.
Gulliman is great. By far the best Primarch. (I also love the Alphas and Alpharius with Omega as a two sided Legion). He is the best most loyal Primarch. The right one to take over and preserve the work of the corpse Emperor! In many way while less powerful than the Emperor he is a better man with better less arrogance and more thoughtful. The Human Races greatest three being the Dead Emperor, Malcador and Gulliman being irreplaceable!

@22:00 Physical weapons can bypass void shields? I thought void shields were often saturated with fire from tanks/artillery/etc in an attempt to overload them. Or do void shields work like the shields from Dune in that objects moving below some defined velocity can slip through them?
I know this is a a year ago and you probably found your answer but you are right if the projectile is going slow enough it can completely bypass the shield

Sometimes the art is an unintelligible sprawl of combat and anarchy and it can be difficult to understand who and what we are looking at.
I wonder how much artwork is based on very specific and pivotal moments that, by themselves, are the perfect insight into the background of certain hero characters.

Gulliman is great. By far the best Primarch. (I also love the Alphas and Alpharius with Omega as a two sided Legion). He is the best most loyal Primarch. The right one to take over and preserve the work of the corpse Emperor! In many way while less powerful than the Emperor he is a better man with better less arrogance and more thoughtful. The Human Races greatest three being the Dead Emperor, Malcador and Gulliman being irreplaceable!
