Stunning part of America…really must travel there one day….love your bike……I have the 2023 model, ie the grey and silver version, DCT, love it, I use Standard mode most times, Rain mode when in the town riding slow…and have set my own user setting, Sport mode, unlikely to use, I live on the little island of Jersey just off the north coast of France, small, 9 miles by 5….er 200, 000 cars though, small roads, max 40mph …I love the slow riding on my bike, returning after 42 years since a drunk driver almost ended me back in 1981….getting the 600 mile service on Tuesday, getting front fender extender put on and a rear hugger…I have a centre stand, side stand plate, hand protectors and engine bars…good investment was a trickle charger for the battery, real pain trying to undo battery cover though…I suppose the only thing I would add to my bike would maybe a second disc up front….just a perfect bike for me, with old riding injuries….love your site, I sea kayak….just love your area, it’s stunning, a part of America that most never know about…great videos, cheers from the original Jersey…hehe
Thank you so much. I grew up in Illinois and assumed I would go back, but I feel in love the outdoors down here. I'm sure I'll die here... Hopefully of old age lol
Nice video, thank you man!! Will you recommend this beauty dct for a 50 years old beginner as a first bike!? Did you ride duo, and how is it!? Thanx and regards from Serbia 🇷🇸✌️
A foreigner from Illinois, you say. How long was it before you found yourself saying “y’all”? Usually,it’s one of the first adaptations a transplant makes after relocating from northern to southern states because it’s a dead giveaway of Yankee blood by failing to use proper terminology of the local population. I’m really wondering how easy the throttle might be. I’m battling carpel tunnel in my right hand/wrist and was considering a DCT model as I can’t crack the throttle but,I would still love to ride.
I fought it tooth and nail, it was a good couple years before a y'all slipped out. I'm honestly not sure if I ever use it, do probably more than I think. The throttle is very easy, it doesn't take much pressure at all. Might could get creative and not use your wrist to roll in the throttle, maybe you could roll it between your thumb and fingers?
If only Hondas' management had a little more IQ ....🤔🤔 Pretty disappointing that they didn't make THIS bike, a propper one : Propper susspension, CC, propper quality, Propper brakes, propper display, propper windshield..... Yes, those + 3 HP, they stuffed in the engine, are fine to have, but it doesn't cut the mustard. I mean - THIS 750X ( not X anymore, though ) - not the 1100 series, but THIS - NC - the "New Concept" is THE best ( for its' area of use and users ) they, or anyone else, has ever made - so WHY not to bring it to perfection ?!?!?!?!? - I don't understand the stupidity of that company !
I think it's a great bike for what it is. It is definitely not the adventure bike they claim it to be. Honestly, if they did all those things they would price people like me out of the bike.
@@sandwaves5642 I agree proper suspension and brakes but display gets the job done and windshield is easily upgradable. Also I think proper suspension and brakes is not too hard of aftermarket upgrades
That is an awesome ride. I used to ride that road and then on to Brasstown Bald. Beautiful place. Cool bike. Thanks for the video!
You were very welcome. Such a beautiful place!

Love the video! Beautiful country! Great comments! Scary when cars flew by!
I really do love this part of the country. Time to retire to the nice weather!
@@toekneegreen37 Very tempting!
I wouldn't mind riding alongside that river everyday to work. Looks sweet!
Oh it's a lake :-)
Yeah, really long lake now. But it used to be a river before the dam. Northeast Georgia has some pretty amazing scenery!

Absolutely! Plenty of power for a passenger but not enough power to get you in trouble.
@@toekneegreen37 Thanx ✌️💫

They, at least could release 2 versions - like before.... The X could be better and a REAL "X" ‼️
@@toekneegreen37 Totally agree. Many don't get what the NC model was made for. Low price and great fuel economy.

@@AuRowe How about CC ❓️🤔
I am 56. Just bought a 2023
Congrats! It's an awesome bike!
