I'm 28, and just started longboarding as something to do with my little sister. This is the most helpful instructional video I've come across, please continue the series. This video was extremely helpful and well done.

Thanks man. You're like the only person tgst actually gives comprehensive lessons on stuff like this. Every other tutorial is basically for tricks or tells you to rude more

Watching these videos to learn how to break after I couldn't stop my board. Was going too fast and almost hit a car, so jumped off it while it was speeding and fell on my face lol :D

Great video, thank you. I like that you use sneakers to illustrate the positioning of one's foot. This helps tremendously with visualization. Your video tutorials is the only one that does that.

Well, I'm at the point where I can do one push and bring my feet onto the board. Haha, it's fun, but it's actually a workout because your entire body is so unused to being on a board, it's all fighting to stabilize. Like, your core, legs, hips, even shoulders are trying to stabilize. It's fun. I'm gonna keep working on it until I'm putting around a lot better.

I just got into mushrooms and I want to get outdoors more often than I ever have in my life, found my old skateboard but unfortunately my town's sidewalks and such are not fit for skateboards at all. Today it seems like the universe has been tugging at my sleeve telling me to get a longboard and that's exactly what I did.

Very useful skill for LDP riding, definitely more of the longboard advanced type of video.

I’m struggling because I learned to push with my left but my foot was always on the back of the board, now goofy push feels good but while traveling it feels off. I feel better regular but can’t push with my right foot comfortably

Okay so.. I've been riding popsicle boards my whole life. I got a longboard recently. After a handful of rides (I've gone 20+ miles) I realized I'm sanding through my jeans. It's really uncomfortable to try and widen my stance though. Any ideas?

I feel like if i do it right one time, I can replicate the movement. But now I'm just stomping the floor and don't even get me started on braking

Yea thats the point more watch and learn and try and join the longboard community. These videos are encouraging because it shows that someone is willing to teach them instead of failing and falling and giving up constantly
