I need to win this for my wife. We have an 8 year old son, I was just laid off and she has been trying so hard to lose weight. She has lost 40, 50, even 60 lbs since our son was born. But she hasn’t been able to keep it of. I need this for her.
I work two jobs 95+ hours a week full time chef while night auditing at hotel. This channel started my fitness journey and I have to say short workouts have changed my mood, my behavior, my lifestyle to influence the peers around me and bring an overall positive attitude to everyone I meet. Thank you MindPump! I look forward to each and every video.
53 year old teacher here. I heard your podcast (episode) about the 20 minutes a day workout. After listening to it, I adopted it and for 3 months I have been so consistent, people have began to notice my "gains". They began asking if I was working out or what I was doing. This was without a doubt, the best fitness advise I have ever come across. Consistency is key to progress. Thank you guys for this!!!
Ive been watching Yall & literally being consistent with 15-30 min workouts while working 2 jobs with crazy shifts. Its wild what small but consistent behavior can do to your body
After reading Sal's book I have had a mind shift. I go to Burn boot camp 5 days a week and I have not lost any weight. I saw that I was not eating enough and not eating enough protein and my life is full with 3 kids plus 2 jobs and my husband who is over the road trucker. I need to lose about 70lbs and I am grateful for these vedios that you all put up. I am sharing it with sister who also need to lose weight but she is not open to weights. I see the benefits. Thank you all..
This is right on time for me! As a 49 y/o widowed father of three who works full time, and who is deep into personal development and self improvement, I got back into working out a few days before my 45th bday and I haven't looked back. The "problem" is that I became a gym rat. My sessions at the gym easily surpass 1½, often 2 hours! I need something effective and efficient and I literally just saw the clip about the 20 minute workouts this past Saturday, and decided to implement the idea TODAY! And now this - as I'm literally sitting in my vehicle, about to go into the gym! Looking forward to incorporating this into my plan so that I can not only hit my goals efficiently, but I can also pass the knowledge on to my eldest son, 17, who starting working out on his own and with me after seeing my gains! Sal, Adam and Justin, I really appreciate all that you guys do! Thanks!
Im a dad and used to have 60 minutes a day to workout… then I got 3 kids, a dog, and now a chicken 🐓 I like working out in the morning but only get 20mins in until the chicken starts making noises, dogs start running round and kids wake up, so MAPS15 would be life changing! 😎Please & thanks 🙏🏽
As someone who is training for over 13 years now, I ofc got older and I don´t really have the time for +60 Minutes Workouts anymore. I got a Family, a Wife, a household to take care of, I work part time and study part time so you can imagine how flexible I need to be day in and day out. I still love doing Sports and Its my number one priority every day and I needed a compromise between. I actually feel a LOT better doing those short intense workouts, rather than "just train 3-4 times a day". My go to calisthenics @ home Split is this: Choose 1 Push movement, one Pull Movement and one Leg Movement for example I do: 50 pushups|30 rows|75 squats and every 2-4 Weeks I increase the reps by 5-10 until I hit my "goal" for example doing 100 pushups in one workout 75 rows and 200 squats. Listen to your body I for example need the sunday completly off and regain my mental strenght for the next week. Working out great so far! PS: You can also "Split" this Daily Training, I for example do 100 squats in the morning, 50 pushups after work and 30 rows in the evening. I mean think about It: As kids we moved the whole day and did something everytime. Why change a running system ?
Yeah for those of you that don’t work out, working out really does boost your mood throughout the day/week. I’m not very consistent but when I am I feel amazing like nothing else matters as much because I already got my workout in I did my part
I heard Sal on an interview talk about how you should feel good after working out. This changed everything... while my workouts are disorganized, I've been doing shorter workouts DAILY because I can manage the time & they give me energy to continue my work. My consistency is 100% better, I used to dread feeling tired and losing so much time. I love that you have a program now because knowing what to do is my big hurdle now.
Ohhh I need this! I'm a full time construction worker that spends alot of time traveling to and from work, father of 2 boys that do sports so time is very limited for me with all of that going on.
This is the first time I've commented yet I've been listening for the last 2 years. Maps 15 minutes is possibly the thing I could use the most right now. As a father of five I don't get much time to hit the gym. My wife recently has been diagnosed with pancreatitis and that has caused her to miss a lot of work, so recently I picked up a second job. So between taking care of the kids and working 70 hours a week I haven't been able to hit the gym in the last 7 weeks. 15 minutes is literally the most I could dedicate to my fitness at this moment in my life
Whenever I feel unmotivated to get in the gym, I tune in to you guys !!! You guys always hit the subjects I’m struggling with. Thank you…you are absolutely best I’ve ever found to help/learn more in my fitness journey. This 15 minute sounds like just what I need to change things up.
I’ve been interested and fascinated with health and fitness for years, I’ve always heard you need/should be healthy and in shape. Mind pump brings the missing component to the fitness industry, YOU DESERVE!!!!!!!!! Games changer.
Just had my first born and glad I found you to teach him and give him better advice that I had when I had more consistency in the gym. Free him of the injuries and mobility issues I have had. And give him the best way to not plateau with your programming.
I was consistently going to the gym for two years, got COVID and stopped going for two months, which has now turned into about a year and a half. My daughter started school, so I changed my work schedule (5am-2pm) to make it home before she gets off the bus. I'm about 20 minutes from my gym, so finding enough time to get in a 45 min - an hour work out is rough. This program seems to be the "needle in a haystack" that I need to get my health and fitness back on track. Thanks guys, and may God bless Mind Pump!
I'm a first time mum to a 6 month old( who is not yet sleeping through the night) I completed postnatal rehab and I've lost most of the baby weight. Before giving birth I was mostly doing homeworkouts on UA-cam with bodyweight and dumbbells. I live on a different continent from my extended family and my husband works fulltime away from home so I have less family support and less time to workout. I'm on maternity leave for 3 more months. Then I return to work as an Anaesthesia medical resident which can also be high stress. I'm not sure how I'll make it all work. A program of short workouts would be a Godsend. Thanks for all the information you guys share. It's great that you talk about more than fitness 🤝🏾
Thanks so much for making this episodes and these programs. Newly married with two young step sons and suddenly I have found that working out after work is no longer in the table, and those hour long workouts 3x a week always managed to get rescheduled. But I did realize I had 30 minutes between when we get kids to school and when I need to hop in the shower for work. I worried this wouldn't do the trick, but this episode was really encouraging and validating. Bought the program and been following the advanced version.
Started doing this now. I just love it. 7 days a week, 6 days with 2 exercises and 1 day with 3, for a total of 3 exercises per movement a week. (The big 5) Started doing 3 days a week with ”the big 5 movements” total time took about an hour. And after deadlifts and squats I was pretty much done energy wise. Now I never do deadlifts and squats the same day, and then I shift the other compounded movements pretty random so every workout feels fresh. It could be squats with shoulder press on Monday then Squats and a row on Thursday. And deadlifts with other movements throughout the week. I get to workout everyday which I love, but don’t feel ”dead” afterward. I just feel great. 2 small kids this is awesome for the time it saves per day. Totally recommend it!
This program sounds perfect for me. I'm a married father of two who works midnights and is going to school full-time. Mindpump is definitely my go-to source for fitness information so I'm sure y'all crushed it and knocked this program out of the park.
61yo woman here. Have a desk job and a fat and flabby middle to go with it! I need the motivation of a consistent daily workout that fits my schedule and will help me fit into my jeans! This 15min plan sounds like the answer for me, not just now, but for years to come.
I have been researching for the past couple of months frequent, short interval training after observing incarcerated people get jacked without use any free weights. All reported doing short frequent workouts. I had yet to find a program or have the time develop one based on this concept. The solution was your MAPS program. I am a 50 year old male healthcare worker and I work nights. Getting a quality workout has been a challenge. This program would allow me to fit it in my schedule, reduce risk of injury and get results without over training. If I pair this program with your diet guidance, I feel I can get in better shape now that when I was 35. I’m all in!!
Game changer! I have been doing something similar over the last 16 months (how old my 2nd child is 😅) and I am in the best shape of my life and spending the least time in the gym. One thing to add to all the great points you guys made is that by sticking to 20 mins a day, when my schedule allows to actually go to the gym I ENJOY it me more because it’s a BONUS. I end up doing fun/novel stuff I that I normally wouldn’t when I was ‘pressured to get it in’. Thanks on behalf of all working parents out there.😊
I am a father and I wake up at 5 am to work out, no problem. The excuses from people with little time are always there. SO it would just be great if you could make a video about the ideal programe, for serious people who do not care about not having the time for the right work out! Thank you for a great show guys!
The analogy would be to digging a hole and then refilling of that hole with a slight extra. Do you want to create a large hole or a small hole that gets filled quicker before the next hole digging event occurs. We all know exercise is a physical stress... Repairing and extra compensating is engaged by the body so we don't get overwhelmed to that stress if it happens again or gets greater. But to build the 'hill' (muscular and fit body) we have to expose ourselves to that stress (digging). Almost Catch 22? But the benefits out ways that stress.
I swear you guys looks into a crystal ball and saw my life when you came up with this. After getting married and taking in two awesome step sons, I've just found it so hard to do my typical 3x weekly, longer workouts after work. Been experimenting with doing daily 20-30 minutes and this is very validating and I am really looking forward to the program.
Maps 15 minutes? Whaaaat? This’ll be a game changer for busy people that try to build muscle and lose body fat. Thanksssss for this 💪🏽 Mind Pump is a game changer podcast 🙏🏾 tons of blessings
Will give me a miracle guys. I'm 68 years old, work hard as heck in the gym 2 to 2 1/2 hours, 6 days a week. It would be a miracle if you could convince me with your free 15 minute maps class that I could stay in shape with that little time 💪 💪 💪
Never thought I would actually enjoy working out every day. Push, pull, legs is such an awesome way to lift!! I would work out for 2 hours and feel like “that was the best workout ever!” But then would be tired for a week. Horrible cycle but didn’t know it. Now the lifting sessions are shorter, I recover faster, and my energy levels seem higher at all times. And once I started doing the concentric for 1 second and eccentric for 2-3 seconds it made it to where I have to go down on weight but my concentration on the lift and timing is more able to be monitored. So happy I found these guys.
This is a mindset I've had for the last 3 month's. I've recently torn the ligaments in my foot so I've had some time out. Before that I was training 1-1 1/2 hours 4 times a week. I was finding this hard to maintain being a working dad with a physical job.So I've used my time out to positively think on how I can maintain/achieve results with less time in the gym. You guys are bang on consistency is the key. There are so many stresses in life so by making working out as easy and efficient as possible people are more likely to stick to it. I suffer from mental health so working out is important to me, so it's far more beneficial to be able to maintain something rather than burn out. I get up 05.15 am every morning and first thing I do once I've made my coffee is start listening to your new podcast episode, great start to the day. I'm sure I speak for most of your listeners when i say that you guys are bang on. You have a way in reaching out to all the listeners as if we are all sat there with you. Always great to pick up new tips and listen to people who face similar challenges. Keep up the good work guys 👍🏻
I've been doing 20 min. Workouts, 6x per week. Push/pull/legs- varying intensity from push to pull to legs, rotating the intensity. Working very well and getting results. Stronger and losing fat lbs. Only disadvantage...I gotta fit another 5 minutes in at times for some stretching/mobility.
I’m kinda new to the health and fitness world. I’ve managed to get from 407lbs to 312lbs since the beginning of 2022 through diet and lifting weights 3 days a week. The thing that’s killing me is forcing myself through these 45-60 minute workouts after I get off work. 15 minutes a day sounds so much easier to stick to and would fit my schedule so much better. I love the work you guys do. Your tips have helped me out a lot since I discovered mind pump about a month or so ago. Hopefully I can win the giveaway lol but if not I’ll definitely be buying the plan. Thanks guys!
I need to get this program. I have a 1 year and a full time job with a weird schedule. 15 minutes in my day is so much easier to find than and hour or more.
The question I ask myself continuously is who would I want to hang out with of the Mind Pump crew? I gravitate toward Justin with his easy going personality but that may just be to similar to my own. Then I say Adam because he’s outgoing and speaks his mind which is to much like my wife. Alright is Sal then but he talks a lot which is to much like my mom. And finally Doug which is the correct answer!
Been listening to you guys for over a month now. Started from short videos on UA-cams for some quick, easy-to-digest tips to daily podcasts on my way to work. Really apprecitate all the work you guys've put in. Big thank you to all of you!
I work full time as a nurse with an additional 20 hours of call a week. I have 8 kids ranging from 15 months to 15 years. I completed RGB over the past year and had great results; however, I had to compromise my sleep schedule in order to stay consistent and not interfere with the more important things in life. I’m interested to see if this program along with adequate sleep would give me similar results to RGB. Thanks for making this!
I’ve been looking for someone to break down this technique ever since hearing Firas Zahabi mention it on Joe Rogan. I’m 46 and started a family late with 5 kids aged 8 and under. My awesome younger wife is very supportive of me being healthy but obviously with our large family, and me being the only one working, the schedule is tight. This sounds like a perfect program for me and my family’s life!
Omg this is exactly what I need!! I am now raising my grandson while working 56 hours a week and went from working out 6 days a week to none because I have no time! I have been trying to figure out a lifting routine that I can build muscle with little time. Thank you Mind Pump!! 💪🏻
Your podcasts are brilliant. I’ve worked out for 40 years. Any inconsistencies were not from lack of motivation. It was because I was stretched too thin with career and family obligations , and lack of sleep, and somehow making it to the gym for an hour or hour and a half couldn’t be fit in consistently. I’ve been playing with this concept, but getting the seal of approval from the pros has me fired up. Started this tomorrow. Monday morning. 30 minute workouts of 5-6 per week.
You guys have changed my mind on bulking and using weights vs cardio. As a woman that was stuck in that cycle for years (decades) you all are changing the game!
Ahhh awesome! I'm a single mama on a fitness journey and I have MAPS SPLIT which changed my strength game! I spend about 2 hours in the gym because I enjoy it but really need something for the days I can't get there for as long. I'm down 46 lbs and I've learned so much from you guys - you've changed my life!
Mind pump team, what’s up guys! I’m a current pre-Med student who picked up on you guys from searching the internet for solid workout advice. Started lifting this summer and was able to recomop my body to 140 and about 15% body fat. I was 180 and about 20% body fat prior to training and cleaning up my diet to be more balanced with Whole Foods with an emphasis on Protien. Been looking for ways to keep consistent workouts as I transition to grad school and my schedule gets hectic. Thank you guys for all you do, the knowledge you guys share is truly so transformative. Would love to see what a workout program from you guys could do!
Any piece of fitness information I hear on the grapevine, I search Mind Pump channel to cross reference all your thoughts on almost any topic. Y’all are a knowledge gold mine!
Throw my name in for MAPS 15 Minutes please! I’m a father, husband, and work in the Air Force. Needless to say, my time is limited. This program would be perfect for my schedule. Thanks for amazing content!
I can't really afford your programs but have been really intrigued ever since you started talking about these very short, very frequent workouts 1-2 months ago. The fifteen-minute version being band based makes a lot of sense due to time. I personally do a full-body workout, mostly compound lifts with a barbell and dumbbells, five times a week. Takes 30-40 minutes. The frequency helps me get a lot more of those mental boosting positives with the same, if not slightly less, volume than when I did 2 full body workouts a week. Love it!
I was JUST complaining to my husband that it is hard mentally doing 4x week/47mins lifting sessions. Been doing consistently 4 months now w progressive overload and I DREAD lift days. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I really needed to hear this today. It’s an absolute RELIEF knowing and doing 15mins daily will give me better results. 15mins will be a breeze for me and mentally I can look forward to!!! ❤️ Love my Mindpump guys😘😘😘 You guys are THE BEST!
I need some direction and the shorter workouts you guys have been talking about lately has me starting to change my ways. I’m 52, 6’1, 350. I’m very consistent with my workouts. I workout 5-7 days a week doing walking, weights, etc. I’m spinning my wheels and not getting smaller. I’m in relatively good shape considering my size. I need a plan. Training and diet and be consistent day in and out. I’m fighting through some pain and hoping the shorter workouts will help. Thanks for your show and the info
As a PT I would integrate so much of this to my own and my clients' training especially for those who have allways struggled with having a good relationship with exercise.
This would be a wonderful program to have access to. I am a 62 yr old male with a medical condition that will shorten my life. I am working hard to change that through diet and exercise. I watch your videos daily and have learned a great deal about how to eat and exercise properly. Thank you.
Every morning essentials, get my vitamins, my pre workout and my mind pump show loaded and playing on my way to the Gym ! Thanks guys ! This tip alone help grow me over this past Saturday. As I would hit my daily macro targets spot on for the whole week, then binge essentially on Saturday’s , which of course led to Mondays because of all the sugar triggers to my brain, and at times would go until a Monday. My progress continues to be halted, due to a unhealthy mindset and relationship with food. This Saturday, couple days ago, I ate all of my proteins, my Whole Foods(carbs, fiber, fats) FIRST ! and by the end of the day, with creating these tiny barriers between me and the foods that really have always triggered me, it worked !! Actually had a few treats I enjoy Saturday night. And I was so ready and willing to get back on track Sunday morning. As you all say, it isn’t about what you can’t eat or eat what you enjoy, it’s more about eating your proteins first, eating what you need first !! It wasn’t this feeling of I messed up again, so let me just eat more of the same highly palatable foods, because I already messed up mindset. It was, I’m so full ! And I’m going to bed now lol ! Thanks for the tips around barriers, and saying like ok I want that snack or food, but first I need to eat this meal in my meal(s) plan for the day. It literally supported me through a sugar trigger the rest of that evening, again as I had a belly full of Whole Foods and quality proteins. Yeaaa baby !!
You guys started talking about this a while back and I split up my volume across 7 days. A lot of people would benefit from this. I'm still seeing great progression, joints feel great, and I can't imagine working out any other way at this point in life. Another point that wasn't talked about, I have found It's much easier to stay in a cut with only 20-25 minute daily workouts.
I found you guys about 3 months ago and have been consuming your content daily. I have made better life changes for my health and fitness in the last 3 months than I ever have before. I recently lost my job and have been extra stressed with a baby on the way. This episode really spoke to me and I will be adjusting my workout and trying work out daily for a shorter period. I think this will have a huge impact on me at this time. Thank you for putting out such quality content consistently!
Hey guys, i've been binging your videos the past month or so. I'm a 31 year old father of 4, kidney transplant patient with type 2 diabeties and ive been struggling to find time to workout. Looking to get consistent to feel better and be a better dad to my kids.
I just finished Anabolic and am starting Performance. These programs are amazing. My wife and I had a baby 2 months ago and she has been wanting to get into working out seeing the results I am enjoying. I have been telling her this program is coming for a month now and that I thought it would be perfect for her with the crazy schedule of working with a newborn. We will certainly be getting this one. Thank you for the great programming, podcasts and information you guys offer.
My boyfriend got me into your programs and podcast & y’all helped me get back in shape! I just recently changed jobs so now I get home later and have to cook dinner and take care of my new puppy. It’s hard for me to squeeze a typical hour workout now during my work week. This is what I need to stay in shape despite my crazy schedule!
I love your content! I’m a mom of a two and three year old and get up every morning at 5:15 to get my workout in at home before the kiddos wake up and the daily madness begins. I listen to the podcasts nightly as I’m holding my son and getting him to sleep. It helps to get my mind right and focus on what I want to work on the next morning. I appreciate the scientific studies referenced and knowledge you’ve all gleaned from years of training. Keep it coming because I’m hooked 👏🏼
This program sounds ideal for a working mom! I’d love to try it out. I’ve battled body image issues since I was a teen and have learned so much listening to you all. This podcast helps me put my goals into perspective for the body I want to build and be happy/healthy in. Thanks for all that you guys do!
This could be a game changer. I have been trying to convince my wife to strength train forever. This just may be the thing that gets her to take better care of herself. Thanks guys!
You guys have already begun to change my life! Found this cast 7 weeks ago and have been consistent in the gym for the last 6 weeks with a “20 minute workout.” Appreciate the knowledge you all share with the world and I’m excited for the fitness journey ahead! Thank you
Been watching/listening for about 3-4 weeks. I am a father of four young boys trying to reclaim my health and energy. I love everything I have been learning so far and very thankful I found this channel. Thank you all for not only the exercise conversations but the conversations about life as well!
My wife and I were just talking about this. I think my family and I would benefit greatly from doing a little every day. Have been watching multiple episodes daily as I just found you guys a few months ago, and you guys are all around fantastic. Thank you for helping me get on my journey, not goals, lol. All of you are awesome! Would love to try the new program!
Trying to get into a regular routine and I absolutely hate treadmills, stationary bikes, and the likes. It's great to hear no-nonsense info that is helpful to women. I just want facts not fanatical information. Thanks for the practical advise!
I needed to hear this thank u so much. I LOVE working out but I’m in a season of life where I have to work 12 hours a day. It’s been driving me crazy trying to figure out how to incorporate lifting into this, but I can def do 15 mins a day
Perfect for my crazy busy life in Beijing! Most nights I am not home till after 7pm, the gym is busy...these 15 minutes workouts sound PERFECT for my hectic Chinese Life!
Just noticed another fitness and strength training creator release a similar program pertaining to minimalist training. But you know I'm over here on mind pump tryna collect that free program. Cheers kings!
Excited to try this out! My wife and I just had our first baby 4 months ago and carving out time for the gym with her working weekends and me working weekdays is tough!
I started doing your 20 min sessions a couple weeks ago, eye opener. I finish work I have exactly 25 mins before I have to pick him up so I usually do a compound then accessories when I return then go longer on the weekends. This method really helped me get the ball rolling again, especially when I’m labouring all day when I finish hitting the weights straight away is easier than sitting at the school car park for 20 mins winding down. Thanks for the tip guys.
Omgosh! I will be checking out the new 15 min program! I have been super busy as a new step mom, wedding planning, working extra to save for wedding and a new house plus my regular responsibilities so I literally only have 15 minutes a day for exercise 🙃
I have been listening to your show for a while now and think you guys do an amazing job. I love the mix of science and psychology. Most people are so dogmatic in their ideas on training and nutrition that if something happens and their routine is interrupted it throws off the whole day. The basic idea is to move and excersize daily. If you cant do your normal routine, do a quick 15 minutes. Something is better than nothing and keeps your behaviors and habits of excersize going. Keep up the awesome discussions.
Perfect timing! I am helping my busy friends to eat right and to fall in love with fitness. (These are newbies.) Just today I was saying that if they could find 5 to 10mins daily to do some workout and to keep a diary of what they eat for the next 2 weeks then we can review how they feel at the end of the two weeks.
I took this approach over covid when gyms were shut down and it was the most drastic progress I’d noticed since newbie gains and in 4+ years of lifting! Was surprising at the time but the more I’ve listened to you guys and learned how to train properly the more it makes sense
The new Maps program sounds wonderful! I do 2 full body lift sessions a week doing a progressive overload and super sets. I also do 3- 5 reformer Pilates classes weekly and I squeeze in a fun dance aerobics when ever I can! I’m 58 years old and 5 years out from healing from a L1 burst fracture and spinal fusion surgery…… loving that I can keep getting stronger despite obstacles. Love your show…..keeps me up on the latest fitness facts.
Absurdly good timing because I gravitated towards a daily short workout with 1 set per movement in the past month. Meanwhile, I wasn’t sure what it meant to do 1 set everyday in terms of recovery. Glad to see you guys focus on this!
39 year old male...3 young kids who we are home schooling while working full time. I am ready to move my 1 hour 3-4 times a week training sessions to something quicker but still make progress! Pick me fellas let's go! 💪
The 15 minute plan sounds like a great idea. I've been doing something pretty much every day for a while now but without a good structure it's very casual. Having an actual plan would help a ton.
I’m so excited about this program. I absolutely love long workouts - it’s very zen and is totally my happy place. But right now - I have a hard time fitting long workouts into my schedule. This will be amazing for this season of my life. I’m buying this for myself for my 39th birthday - investing in my health 💪🏼
I switched to multiple daily short workouts 6 months ago and it’s without doubt the best change I’ve ever made which has brought unbelievable results. I always found that for me personally my body didn’t respond well to 3-4 times a week workouts. My pump would only be temporary and would simply diminish by the next day and my gains never increased over the course of the week. I now do a short 25 min weights workout in the morning consisting of just 2 compound moves and 1 isolation, and then 2 x 15 min weights circuit-style workouts in the early afternoon and evening; The gains from this protocol has been insane. The workouts are short and easy and don’t tax your body and the energy levels don’t deplete so doing multiple short workouts is extremely easy to stick to. However it’s the consistency I’ve had with this that is the greatest benefit…the short workouts honestly don’t feel like workouts and it’s now not a drag for me to workout, so the mental side of this has been the greatest factor in me staying consistent. I’m finding this ridiculously easy to stick to. I’ve gone from having to mentally force myself to working out to having to force myself to taking a day off. I workout 7 days a week workout fail and it’s now a simple habit doing this daily without even a single thought of skipping a workout. My body isn’t being taxed like before, my mental state is consistently positive, my mood and energy is constantly ready for every workout, and subsequently my consistency is at 100% and therefore the strength and lean muscle gains are more prominent than ever. I’d advise anyone who struggles with consistency to switch to daily short workouts. Trust me, it’ll absolutely change your daily behaviours and mental struggles with working out forever.
I so wish to have this! I've been a stay at home mom for the last 5.5 years and starting work tomorrow. If it's God's will, you guys can help me improve my health. I've already adopted the idea to workout 6 days a week for 20 minutes, suggested a few videos ago. Thanks for reading my comment!
If you want to continue learning and experimenting about your fitness adventure (at any point), Mind Pump is the ideal place for you. It is a great combo because of Doug's great intros, Adam's brutal honesty, Justin's on point comments and Sal's scientific explanations. Thanks for the continuous content and variety of MAPS programs. Keep it up.
Hey guys, I'd love this work out! I have 2 kids, 2.5 yrs and 6 months , I work 7 days a week and am currently renovating our house 😵💫 maybe I should wait for maps 3 minutes 🤔 😀 Thanks guys, love your content. Long time listener 🤟
I have been a Personal Trainer for almost 20 years, and don't have too much time in between clients to do my work outs. Usually no more than 40 minutes. It's awesome to find out I can still get results doing less.
The way that y'all express your love for helping others. Sets the standard high for everyone. I appreciate the love y'all show & the people you help. Can't wait to hear someone's story about what ya do.
I can't believe how big mind pump has gotten. You guys have always had fantastic information and Love listening to it for fitness advice and even motivation.
I’ve been traveling with family the last 10 days and despite our full itinerary, I’ve made it a point to train with resistance bands and bodyweight everyday. I’ve noticed that although I don’t get my usual 20-45 min strength training routine at the gym, these daily shorter workouts have helped me maintain my physique. I’ve noticed a bit of gains too because of the change in workout program. This new 15-minute MAPS program would be the best to have, especially because I’ll be away for a few more weeks. Love all your videos, guys!!
I literally can't conceive of working those hours!! It's incredible that you can workout at all!! Well done!
You are a very courageuse person. Think of your health. Good luck.👍
Thanks!
You a Hardworking and ambitious man. Keep hustling and doing good for those kids :)
I've been waiting for this one. It'll help my wife tremendously. She doesn't get much time between work and the kids.
My go to calisthenics @ home Split is this:
Choose 1 Push movement, one Pull Movement and one Leg Movement for example I do: 50 pushups|30 rows|75 squats and every 2-4 Weeks I increase the reps by 5-10 until I hit my "goal" for example doing 100 pushups in one workout 75 rows and 200 squats.
Disabled Veteran stay at home dad. I love the ideas behind this video! Great stuff as always. Thank you.
Mind pump brings the missing component to the fitness industry,
YOU DESERVE!!!!!!!!!
(The big 5)
Started doing 3 days a week with ”the big 5 movements” total time took about an hour.
Thanks on behalf of all working parents out there.😊
Are you doing MAPS 15?
@@Arthax83 only just got it when they did the Black Friday sale. Up until then I was doing my own (inferior) version.
@@Zaininator Thank you! Starting MAPS 15 tomorrow. Excited!
Thanksssss for this 💪🏽
Mind Pump is a game changer podcast 🙏🏾 tons of blessings
No sirve de nada, no les hagas caso jajaja
So happy I found these guys.
you guys are awesome . you upload around 5:30 - 6:00 am in India. perfect time to walk and enjoy your show .33
Sal's vascularity in his biceps....enough said. You guys are the best, literally ever!!
I've incorporated this type of training for my 14 year old son. He loves how quickly he can finish while learning the techniques.
I’m a division 1 swimmer who could definitely benefit from it, trying to turn myself into the best version of me while being on a college budget
I love your attention to realistic expectations for the general public. Too many other podcasters assume their audience are fitness lovers like them.
Your podcasts are brilliant. I’ve worked out for 40 years. Any inconsistencies were not from lack of motivation. It was because I was stretched too thin with career and family obligations , and lack of sleep, and somehow making it to the gym for an
hour or hour and a half couldn’t be fit in consistently.
47 minutes is oddly specific for a workout time
I'd drop it down to 3x30 min full body workouts per week and throw in daily walking just for activity. It's a lot more manageable. 👍
@@JW0143 lol
But the 15 minutes workouts need to be real intense...
Thank you.
I need this in my life!!! I’m the busiest I’ve ever been as a teacher and mom of 3 little ones. I still want them to know their mom is a bad ass 💪🏻
Man I’ve been training like this for years, thought it only worked for me, I love the 15 to 20 minute hot shot workouts
5 years ago I was this cardio guy,and thought more is better, and and tried to avoid strength training. Now I do this upper /lower split 4 days a week.
I've done 30 days coach. I'm very committed, hopefully you guys will pick me 🤩 Regards from Sweden
(These are newbies.)
Just today I was saying that if they could find 5 to 10mins daily to do some workout and to keep a diary of what they eat for the next 2 weeks then we can review how they feel at the end of the two weeks.
I took this approach over covid when gyms were shut down and it was the most drastic progress I’d noticed since newbie gains and in 4+ years of lifting! Was surprising at the time but the more I’ve listened to you guys and learned how to train properly the more it makes sense
No way!!! I need this in my life!!! Please gentlemen, please! 🙏🏼
Stumbled onto 20-30min strength training in May, best discovery of my life! TY you all for the confirmation! 🥳
This would help so much. First responder worker and graduate student here, time is essential to everything. Hope I can get this, thanks 🙏
Keep it up.
Thanks guys, this is exactly what the 9-5 with kids person needs in their life. Cant wait.
Hey guys, I'd love this work out! I have 2 kids, 2.5 yrs and 6 months , I work 7 days a week and am currently renovating our house 😵💫
maybe I should wait for maps 3 minutes 🤔 😀
Thanks guys, love your content.
It fits my lifestyle = setting yourself up for success.
