Absolutely awesome episode. Easily could have been over an hour. Sal is the man. Love mind pump. As a PT myself, I've learned a lot from that channel and their message to the general public regarding the fundamentals. We are all fans of BB , PL ,etc. But that's not what the general public look or even perform like. The info in Mind Pump is for the everyday person who seem to better themselves physically and mentally. Big fan for over 4 years now. Great job Mike. Bring him in again.
