Yeah, same issue here. However, I am cautious of all the chemicals you are using. I tried it all, from cheap to crazy expensive. Try Mother Dirt, good diet, minimize stress, sleep enough, not too much caffeine and some sun every now and then.
my spots are just about in same facial location as yours mines seems to dissapear and reappear I'm barely 27 wishing it will just vanish completely one day.

Its so weird I dont know why its there but dont use t-shirts anymore because if this. The back of my neck gets sooo irritated and red if I even touch it a little!! Super sensetive skin maybe? I might try a couple of your products in the video but I dont know if the skin on the back is thicker or something so it might not help.

You miss exfoliation, ones or twice a week goes perfect to clean deeply your skin.
you shouldn’t use an exfoliant, and that cleanser may contain SA which is a chemical exfoliant.
do intemitent fasting and sports.....that helped me cure it

Same thing should work on your body but I recommend seeing a dermatologist.
