If you've ever seen him report before, he's very professional, even when he's extremely emotional over it, and releases details appropriately. This, being new, it's difficult for him to comment on the investigation, and offering information too early before it's confirmed might actually cause a mistrial when the perpetrator is caught. You can't mislead potential jurors through media and weaken a defendant's right to a fair trial.

The remains have been confirmed to be of Ying Zang. I have to wonder if they've let the killer out on bail yet? I also wonder if he was previously let out on bail before murdering Zang? No surprise if he turns out to have a very long history of violent crimes on his record.
