YAHOO I GOT D! E and C are clearly irrelevant. B and A are probably true, but we are looking for an implicit argument made in the connection from the premise to the conclusion and A/B fails to do that by wholly ignoring taxes.

Same, this whole video was so unnecessarily long.

In option C for negating cant we negate in a manner-->> If income taxes are -- lowered consumer wages will decline even further. Then the negated version definitely weakens the argument as per If then condition.

but ifr you negate answer choice c then it will read if you lower income tax, consumer wages will not decrease ? the only thing i could think of is that it will either remain the same or increase but we need it to officially increase?

I'm fairly less reluctant not to believe the average specific person will focus broadly thru between the curvy planes of what these questions standardly expect generally in no specific time on average of 1.5min per question.

@@noBADGolf i think what he was trying to get at is that the reason why he took 8 minutes to do this was to show his thought process visually for others to learn. If he was doing it by himself his thought process would allow him to do this problem in a minute or so since he does not have to explain or put into words.
