I run the CFMOTO - Gen3 CForce Touring Owners Club on Facebook and I started that group because I bought one of the first Gen3 1000 Touring that was sold in the state of PA. The group has grown to almost 2,000 members in a matter of months and we can hardly keep up with approving new members. The quad is a beast, the fit and finish are great and I wish the riding season wasn't almost over already. Hopefully we get some good snow this year and they re-open the trails so we can have some winter fun with this thing. I finally was able to take my young daughter to Hatfield this summer and she had a blast. We got the Cardo's setup for her and Mom was riding my Grizzly..... The riding family dream I've had for years is happening because of this quad. Oh and you couldn't pay me enough money to buy a SxS. I am very impressed with the 1000 Touring and highly recommend it. OTD with a 5 year extended warranty for just slightly over 10k. You can't beat it.

Any feedback on the 800? I don't think I need the extra power but don't want to give up the better suspension.

    • @ColoradoDualSport
      @ColoradoDualSport 2 місяці тому +1

@qwikz28 the 800 doesn't have the piggy back suspension. It's also missing the extra lights that go in the middle. If you're already looking at the 800 the upgrade to the 1,000 is a no brainer in my opinion.

@ColoradoDualSport appreciate the feedback. I'm in NJ but right in eastern PA where it's super rocky so good suspension is important. I'll take your word for it. Thanks!

I have this ATV in the blue color. One other cool feature I haven’t seen anybody talk about is with the CF Moto ride app It sends me notifications if it detects any vibration when you are away from it. And I’m telling you that thing is unbelievably sensitive. It also records my ride tracks. Like top speed, mileage hard acceleration, breaking, and it shows the track that you took on on a map.
The app also has over the air update capabilities to the ATV. It’ll also show you your fuel level and a bunch of other diagnostics on the ATV.
It’s pretty cool at Hatfield McCoy. I can just leave my ATV outside and I don’t have to worry about somebody messing with it because I’ll get a notification on my phone if anything happens.

3900 miles/208 hours on my 22 600. Swingarm bushings had to be changed, but it cost me like 55 dollars and 40 minutes of my time. That is it. Original belt on it still and looks like new. Adjusted the valves about 5 hours back.

I bought a 2021 800 xc CF Moto in January 2022. It’s been a great ATV. It’s had some minor problems nothing real serious. I now have 5500 km on it. 250 hours works great. I bought the extended warranty because it only cost me basically less than $1/day. Being a mechanic, it is very well built, and it is the first ATV I’ve ever owned and rode. Extended warranty covers everything for five years unlimited kilometers.

Hey AJ great review. I bought a 2023 overland after your and Luke’s review. It hasn’t let me down and I agree with you about the suspension. Us overlanding travel types don’t really need 18 different clicks of suspension adjustments. A simple system of three or four would be enough depending on cargo and our trip destination (. 500 km run to Kapuscasing ). Thank you for your thorough review.

Visited Battle Creek Powersports, TN, last week and I bought the slightly less powerful 2025 CForce 800 Touring(otherwise basically same features, size, & weight as the CF 1000 T)... $9,399 out the door... I'd put it up against anything the competition's got in this class costing multiple thousands of $$'s more. Never thought I'd fall this hard for or be this enthusiastic about a made-in-China ATV, let alone buy one. Yeah, this machine pretty much blows me away, no regrets, very happy!

The more I see from CFMOTO, the more impressed I am-and the more disappointed I am with the established brands. The fit and finish look excellent, the digital instrument cluster is gorgeous, and the LED lights are both functional and stylish. Features like turn signals and a horn, which are incredibly useful where my friends and I ride, should have been standard long ago. The shocks are impressive too. While I see the benefit of placing the battery high on the back, I’d prefer a storage box instead. Kudos to CFMOTO for raising the bar so quickly.

This new 1000 is so much smoother faster. It feels like it was made by a different manufacturer, it feels so different you can't believe an ATV could be so much better in 1 year.

I watch another channel who shows off CF Moto a lot. They were given the news by CF Moto saying they were delaying the new Z10 for the 2026 model year because it wasn't refined enough for them to release it for 2025. I like how they came forward and informed their dealer network to keep the customers updated. While it may have disappointed some who already reserved one it shows they're taking the build quality seriously.
My friend had a 2014 Cforce 500 and it was a great machine. Because the price was good it helped him get his credit up compared to going with something like a Yamaha. But it was very crude compared to other offerings. It felt like a machine from the late 90's or early 2000's. Eventually he got his current Polaris Sportsman 570. The Sportsman rode like a Cadillac on the trails while the Cforce felt more like a pickup truck. But the Cforce was able to go through more than the Sportsman because of the full locking diff on the front.
These new CF Moto's are a night and day difference in build quality compared to the old one. Sadly I haven't had the opportunity to try one of the new ones. I'll probably end up going for one in the future when I'm able to. As far as their UTV's go I have my eye on the new U10 Pro when it's eventually out.
Regardless of how good they get you're still going to have customers who avoid them because they're a Chinese manufacturer. There's no way around that. I think it would ease a lot of peoples minds if they were to build a manufacturing plant here in the states that way they're US made. But because they already have a plant in Mexico they might not, we will have to see how that goes.

@@davidpickens3117 I agree. After watching some test drive videos of it I went and looked at in on CF Moto's website. I really like the dune-buggy like design of it. I'm sure the 143hp should hold off a few power hungry shoppers for a little. I mostly have my eye on the U10 Pro for various work uses as well as some occasional trail riding. But that won't be for a while. I love the red the U10 Pro comes in.

My brother has a 2017 Outlander 1000 Max, several hundred hours and he’s still on his factory parts. Belt, brake pads etc, nothing has gone bad. Mind you, I’ve used his Outlander to tow things almost DOUBLE what it was supposed to tow, still not one single issue. People always compare with the Japanese ATV’s…yeah, they are basically at 500-700 cc and 3 horsepower, what’s there to break? Also, people use Can-Am and Polaris for hard rides, and no matter how stout things are built, they will take a beating and things will break.
Speaking of CF…people seem to think that they will always be “cheap”. It’s just the beginning, you wait and see. Before you know it, prices will be up there with Can-Am and Polaris. Companies do this all the time, they attract with prices and boom, all of a sudden things went up real fast.
Where I live, in Europe, price difference is now at just $3k between a 1000 Outlander and a 1000 CF. I know which one I’m taking home.

everyone on here crapping on the CHINESE brand. Lol they own majority of stock in yamaha , ktm and supply parts for all your other north American brands. Just because they were assembled in America doesn't mean they are 100 percent American made. Shocks, valves, electronics etc...my UFORCE has made it back every time from the hard trail rides and through deep mud. Ive pulled many main brands back home. YAMAHA a few times. its built well and so far very reliable.

@ATVHOBO just checked, and I may be wrong. Even though the new Omnidrive was developed through the partnership, they are now exclusively built for and by CFMOTO
They are still using the CV-TECH logo on the Canadian spec sheet for the new models with Omnidrive. I do some work with CFMOTO and have a meeting at their offices next week. I will get the entire story from the team. I am curious now if it is an error on the new spec sheet.

I used to have a 2012 side-by-side and it was not bad. Didn’t mind it would’ve rather a little newer clutches always need an upgrade before you take them from the dealership and so do the brakes but even with all that stuff upgraded still cheaper than the competitor.

I can't compare to the older bikes because honestly they were bulletproof I think they're getting a little too technical with all this c*** we don't need it on ATV. Most A TV's spend their lives being abused and all this electronical stuff is not gonna hold up honestly I think power steering is stupid You don't need it on an A TV.
