    This cake can not only made in strawberry flavour but vanilla, mango , etc. Your cakes are amazing and I have done this cake for about 8 to 9 times in different flavours. BEST CAKE EVER !!!

      Oh, May be Bowl and beater contain water ,spoil egg.did you add 1/4 tsp of lemon juice or salt or cream of tartar before the whisk, and add sugar little by little during the whisk, Eggs should be at room temperature and do'not mix egg whites with egg yolk. these factors more important to make a prefect egg white meringue.

    How long do I whip the whites😊?

      whip it until stiff peaks formed,it become more shiny.

      Bowl and beater not contain water,it should be clean and dry ,not use spoil egg(near to exper date),add 1/4 tsp of lemon juice or salt or cream of tartar before the whisk, and add sugar little by little during the whisk, Eggs should be at room temperature and do'not mix egg whites with egg yolk. these factors more important to make a prefect egg white meringue and perfect cake.

      @@Bestfoodschannel i made it, like 1 hour ago. It tasted really really good. The only problem (on my part) was that the moment i took it out of the oven, my son was so excited, he hit it because it looked "jiggly", and it went down immediately. It tasted really good, but unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the fluffyness of it.

      Ok , You can use fresh milk 1 tblsp , if strawberry sauce thick . if strawberry sauce watery then skip milk and use 2 tblsp milk powder instead of it.

      If you make this into cupcake, don't make meringue, take 2 eggs and just whisk, bcos cupcake need thick batter than this and fill the cupcake liners 3/4 of the way full

    When it says cake/all purpose flour/and the last ingredient does it mean all or either one is fine??? I would like to make cake in a few days but I am not sure. The cake looks like it tastes amazing.

      We used All purpose flour for this cake .you can use cake flour also.

      Did you add correct amounts of the ingredients and bake 170°c for 20-25mins in preheated oven? May be lttle temperature vary from oven to oven.

    I tried this. It turned out very bad. The cake didnt rise and my egg white didnt turn into creamy consistency even after beating so much. This recipe is very bad

    I tried this recipe and it turned out terrible.... Very bad taste.... It didn't rise! Honestly was so disappointed! I followed every single step.... But don't know what went wrong and where!
