I think people occasionally forget that Saturn's title and now Garling's title is the "Warrior God of Science AND DEFENCE." Meaning that Garling may focus more on defence, like how Saturn mainly focused on science.
The food shortages prove that there isnt enough arable land to sustain the celestial dragons comfortably, and they wouldnt be satisfied with just fish. The bridges definitely connect to the largest landmasses that can sustain farms, mines, etc and would be the equivalent of districts for the commoners with the celestial dragons representing the capitol in the hunger games.

What if Catarina uses the appearance of Saturn to enter Mary Geoise, but instead of being able to infiltrate the Five Elders, THATS how she meets York. Look at it like this, Catarina enters, most people aren't aware of the death of Saint Saturn, so they don't bat an eye. However, while she is traveling either through or TO Mary Geoise, she encounters a Celestial Dragon York, who is complaining about the food problem and not being able to eat what she wants whenever she wants. So, using that, Catarina talks to York and tells her that there is a place where she could get as much food as she could possibly want, as long as there is a catch. Aka, to build things for them and tell them about the Void Century. Because surely, if the Blackbeard Pirates heard the transmission (which I feel like they did, given that Blackbeard defeated Law before or during the whole Egghead thing), then that would mean that they want to know more about what happened, and more about what was cut off from the transmission. Plus, the technology of the Mother Flames would be quite literally groundbreaking for their crew's strength, and make them an even more legitimate threat to the WG. Also, I feel that York, the essence of Greed, would fit quite well into the Blackbeard Pirates crew. She is just there for self interest and since their needs and wants align, she joined. I’ve always had this idea that Dragon doesn’t do much because of potential collateral damage. Like he has a devil fruit that’s very dangerous and destructive or he causes mass destruction with his haki like Garp’s Galaxy Impact. Thats why he doesn’t do much to help the revolutionary army during battles, because his allies would be caught in his attacks and he can’t bring himself to risk it

I've just had a random theory that Buggy already technically knows where the One Piece is. In episode 8, when Buggy found the treasure map he said it was "under the sea" and that he "has never seen it before". This could possibly be the One Piece, and Oda sensei has already revealed its location as early as episode 8🤣.
After this last chapter I got the idea that it makes the most sense for luffy's crew to get the one piece specifically because they are the only ones that would not under any circumstances actually use it to further their own gains every other faction would more than likely try to wield the weapon for their own gains

The way I see it “Defence Science” is like the idea of military tech, including its offensive might from technology. So Garling commanding the weapons of destruction that are in the hands of the WG can make sense why he would be the new Defence science warrior God.
Since the latest episode was the anime adaptation of Sai & Leo harming Charlos, I think think the upcoming chapter should give us an update on the Grand Fleet, which will include their respective reactions to Vegapunk's message, as well as whether or not they'll believe that their Emperor was responsible for the scientist's demise like Leo did. Plus, we see Hajrudin being the main focus of that part since the next big Arc will take place in his homeland - Elbaf. Speaking of Charlos, we could get another scene at Marie Geoise, which could involve Charlos's sister - Sharlia being curious about what their ancestors really did during the void century. Followed by Garling's next course of action, as well as being introduced to more Holy Knights, especially showing how powerful they really are.
I have been thinking about the bridges for a while now, not understanding why they are building them, when at some point the locations they lead to are going to be underwater. The first thing that came to my mind was that Imu/WG have a plan to unflood the world, so if you want to traverse the world, you have to go to Marijoa to cross the Blues and grand line, then the WG can monopolize on trade and travel.
There is a good possibility that York will actually fix their food problem. One of the early devices that was shown on Egghead was a food dispenser. York should know how it was made and probably can replicate it.
on the topic of the vice admirals, i 100% expect doll to end up on elbaf at some point. she's the only vice admiral (other than doberman who was introduced hundreds of chapters ago) to have been introduced way ahead of the buster call, having been in the g-14 base with members of sword and tashigi, who we know is sword-adjacent. oda clearly had something in mind for this character beyond 'random vice admiral who takes part in the buster call', especially considering the reveal that she used to work under saul when he was a vice admiral. she stands out (again, aside from doberman) compared to the other vice admirals and that explicit connection to saul makes me think she will be involved in whatever marine presence we see during the arc. i would not be surprised at all if bluegrass was with her too considering bluegrass also commented on saul's time as a marine, but her connection is less explicit (although, her devil fruit would make elbaf a perfect playground for her, so who knows). i wouldnt be surprised if it turned out doll was also a part of sword or at least empathetic to their cause like tashigi and garp seem to be, which could maybe come up in elbaf, especially in a post-saturn-turns-to-dust-while-screaming-imu's-name-and-also-blowing-up-doberman's-head world where she might begin to question the marines and world government (which is where her connection to saul might lead her to some important answers considering the research he has on hand!) tldr; doll was introduced before the other (new) egghead vice admirals and has an explicit connection to saul so i think she'll be on elbaf and reunite with saul, and perhaps bluegrass will come as well.

I've just had a random theory that Buggy already technically knows where the One Piece is. In episode 8, when Buggy found the treasure map he said it was "under the sea" and that he "has never seen it before". This could possibly be the One Piece, and Oda sensei has already revealed its location as early as episode 8🤣.
After this last chapter I got the idea that it makes the most sense for luffy's crew to get the one piece specifically because they are the only ones that would not under any circumstances actually use it to further their own gains every other faction would more than likely try to wield the weapon for their own gains

Since the latest episode was the anime adaptation of Sai & Leo harming Charlos, I think think the upcoming chapter should give us an update on the Grand Fleet, which will include their respective reactions to Vegapunk's message, as well as whether or not they'll believe that their Emperor was responsible for the scientist's demise like Leo did. Plus, we see Hajrudin being the main focus of that part since the next big Arc will take place in his homeland - Elbaf.
Speaking of Charlos, we could get another scene at Marie Geoise, which could involve Charlos's sister - Sharlia being curious about what their ancestors really did during the void century. Followed by Garling's next course of action, as well as being introduced to more Holy Knights, especially showing how powerful they really are.
York could also just bring the food replicator with her.
I have been thinking about the bridges for a while now, not understanding why they are building them, when at some point the locations they lead to are going to be underwater.
The first thing that came to my mind was that Imu/WG have a plan to unflood the world, so if you want to traverse the world, you have to go to Marijoa to cross the Blues and grand line, then the WG can monopolize on trade and travel.

There is a good possibility that York will actually fix their food problem. One of the early devices that was shown on Egghead was a food dispenser. York should know how it was made and probably can replicate it.
on the topic of the vice admirals, i 100% expect doll to end up on elbaf at some point. she's the only vice admiral (other than doberman who was introduced hundreds of chapters ago) to have been introduced way ahead of the buster call, having been in the g-14 base with members of sword and tashigi, who we know is sword-adjacent. oda clearly had something in mind for this character beyond 'random vice admiral who takes part in the buster call', especially considering the reveal that she used to work under saul when he was a vice admiral. she stands out (again, aside from doberman) compared to the other vice admirals and that explicit connection to saul makes me think she will be involved in whatever marine presence we see during the arc. i would not be surprised at all if bluegrass was with her too considering bluegrass also commented on saul's time as a marine, but her connection is less explicit (although, her devil fruit would make elbaf a perfect playground for her, so who knows). i wouldnt be surprised if it turned out doll was also a part of sword or at least empathetic to their cause like tashigi and garp seem to be, which could maybe come up in elbaf, especially in a post-saturn-turns-to-dust-while-screaming-imu's-name-and-also-blowing-up-doberman's-head world where she might begin to question the marines and world government (which is where her connection to saul might lead her to some important answers considering the research he has on hand!)
tldr; doll was introduced before the other (new) egghead vice admirals and has an explicit connection to saul so i think she'll be on elbaf and reunite with saul, and perhaps bluegrass will come as well.
Im not sure the bridges go anywhere in particular. They could be used as an “artificial” Redline. I mean if the most powerful people in the world knew there would be a flood why wouldn’t they build additional “land” for them to occupy. It just makes sense
