- Here, we unbox the white version of the Logitech G304 Wireless Gaming Mouse. I also show how you can shave off a couple of grams from the mouse and get closer to the popular lightweight gaming mice of today. This puts the G304 as an excellent lightweight budget offering without losing the convenience of being wireless.

What's the use of the receiver cable?
@Pablo Kek no, its just an extender so you can put the receiver closer to the mouse in case your pc is kinda of far away or is hidden somewhere

I have this exact mouse and lost the receiver recently- watched this video to figure out if the replacement i should get is one with an orange star mark or not, but this video didn't really show the nanoreceiver lol

@@TheDredgenProject Yeah I think each receiver has some sort of unique RFID so it knows which mouse it belongs to in-case you have multiple logitech devices. However you could go full Hackerman and change the RFID if you really want to, however I'm not sure if that's possible or worth the effort.

Try to search for rtings.com shape compare. There are some good comparison tools there :)
No cause most of my equipment are wired (im on a budget for now)and it gets annoying whenever they get tied together and looks messy, this mouse would help alot

So, the only difference between G102 Lightsync and this one is that this has wireless connection and the other one is wired? Basically both are the same mouse? I'm about to buy this mouse but there are so many people said that both mouse are the same and their difference in connection
I don't have the g102 so I am honestly not sure.

I just got one yesterday and it seems that it dosent have any rgb lighting or any lighting of sorts it only has the power indicator light on top behind the dpi switch button but its good if your only looking for performance and not flashiness or too much style
@Barrelo Applesause Barrelo is on point. No RGB since it will drain your battery quickly so that's a good design :)

hello, for now is there any problem with your g304? because I want to buy it later, and if there are other recommendations at a price that is not too far off? Does it double click after several months of use? thank you
No problem since I bought it. I still recommend it if you are in a budget. There are some good options in the market but they are coming from relatively unknown brands like the Fantech XD3.

Should I be using the receiver extender thats included in the box?
No need to use it if you don't feel any latency. My laptop is on my desk so I don't use it. If your pc is below your table you may want to but it's not required.
Do you have double-clicking issue with this mouse?

How long does the battery last until it needs to be changed?
Very long time on regular AA (2-3 months) and even longer on Lithium AA

For white colour If used for a long time will it stain?
So far mine hasn't had stains yet. It will probably change colors after a couple of yeats but not yet as of now.

It's Anne Pro 2. You can get full wireless with that set up. It's hard to say where tp get it. It depends on your country but you can get it from banggood.

noob question, what is the purpose of the receiver extender cable?
If for whatever reason your pc is a couple of meters away from your mouse, it should make the signal better

None so far though before this I used the Logitech G502 for more than a year and I had issues with that with the right click not registering. I had some friends who had the same issue but not on this one.

im using this mouse for 2 weeks and i realize that its little bit losse and not tight on the battery cover when i look it closer. Is that happen to you ?

i haven't bought it yet but i think its good for fps it might be bad for you if your hand is way too big but i prefer that kind of size, I'm playing claw not palm since its easier when aiming down lmao

Working perfectly fine but you do go through quite a lot of battery :)

It is possible to set one of the programmable button as sniper(aim) button? I mean that it shifts the dpi down to make aiming more precise while the button is held. When the button is released the dpi returns normal. It is possible to do this with the logitech software? I would buy this mouse then
I honestly have not looked into that yet. The logitech software is quite robust. You should be able to thinker around with it. Is it not possible to change that on in-game settings? Changing sensitivity when you're aiming down sights?

Same size, they just cut the wire on the g102/g203 and made the g304/g305

Been using if for five months now and I haven't seen any traces of color change. If this is a concern you can try and check out the black version.

I think it is still worth it. You get a solid wireless mouse at a price where a lot of wired mice start.
