just dont ever downgrade it to windows 10 because now i have no sound lost audio drivers no downloads will work even from the company i got it rom a gift from someone who itll be pulling teeth to get it sent out and getting it back but ya ive seen other people saying it i tried to get ahold of them they just said send it in it has me so depressed i dont have much in life. I don't want to sugarcoat it. I was using a laptop with 4gb of ram and i really needed this and i should of never downgraded to windows 10 it came with windows 11 it really sucks i feel like im out of a pc basically and the touchpad does not work and realtek as a whole i dont think it can even find the cheap this laptop looks amazing affordable and it was for the first 10 minutes it is nice if you dont ever downgrade it to windows 10 i tried upgrading it back i tried rebooting from scratch it has me depressed i dont got money like that. I know im going on a rant but man it just sucks and i am back on windows 11 on it trying over and over to get sound but ya if anyone has any idea please help.
