    Perfect for rest days when you just want to move your body and loosen it up, or even after a hard workout. I did it after epic 3 day 12, felt extremely tired and kind of nauseous, but forced myself to start this one, and I immediately felt better. Very nice to move your body and sweat without having to push yourself to the limit

We join together to do something that sometimes our body or mind doesn’t want to do but we know it is so beneficial in so many ways! We struggle, push, pause, overcome and smile at the end together!

    Nice! I think this is the first low impact 20min cardio... the other low impacts are 30mins, it's great as an add on or for a rest day!!

    Nice workout! Can you do a "No floor Cardio"? Where it is only standing work and no planks, etc.? That would be really helpful as I tend to have wrist issues so I modify often. Thanks!

    HIIT completed, few minutes to answer a few youtube comments and back to this. HR was still up and this one keeps the Calorie burn going. Nice pace, nice combination and a nice surprise 😁

    I quit paying for beachbody after I found Caroline- and I've seen more results in one month than i did in 6. Love the efficiency and attitude to all her workouts. No weird vlog in the front, just straight to the workout! I do two dumbbell or kettlebell videos every week, and 2 cardio or hiit vids. (I'm still a beginner thats all I can do man!) But love the vids- keep doing what you're doing

    Doing this for 10 days and recording progress so I don’t forget
    1:first day so obviously no change but very tired and very sweaty!
    2: was very tired after

    I’m an absolute beginner. Was fairly fit about 13 yrs ago but all gone! This was hard but exhilarating. Had to modify the side plank to bent knees...got my heart rate up very quickly....but I feel good now...might do your beginners weights video tomorrow .....😅

    This routine is so great after a serious upper/lower/full body session! I think it really helps to work out any soreness in the muscles because it is body weight and at a “chilled out” pace 😆 thanks Caroline! Keep cool everyone!

    I have been LOVING these shorter workouts. I have a super busy job right now with summer here, and it's been nice to still fit these into my day. Currently finished with this one sweating in the humidity in my yard 😁

    Hey Caroline! Although i dont comment often, im still here working out with you every day and LOVING it! All of these mini series have been fantastic. This workout is just perfect to use after ANY strength workout and i plan to use it often. For sure thus will be a go to for many people. Thanks again for all your hard work!

    Doing this one on an active rest day. Love twenty minutes with CG, then walking the dog then yoga. Perfection!
