Perfect for rest days when you just want to move your body and loosen it up, or even after a hard workout. I did it after epic 3 day 12, felt extremely tired and kind of nauseous, but forced myself to start this one, and I immediately felt better. Very nice to move your body and sweat without having to push yourself to the limit

I quit paying for beachbody after I found Caroline- and I've seen more results in one month than i did in 6. Love the efficiency and attitude to all her workouts. No weird vlog in the front, just straight to the workout! I do two dumbbell or kettlebell videos every week, and 2 cardio or hiit vids. (I'm still a beginner thats all I can do man!) But love the vids- keep doing what you're doing

I’m an absolute beginner. Was fairly fit about 13 yrs ago but all gone! This was hard but exhilarating. Had to modify the side plank to bent knees...got my heart rate up very quickly....but I feel good now...might do your beginners weights video tomorrow .....😅

Doing this one on an active rest day. Love twenty minutes with CG, then walking the dog then yoga. Perfection!
