Girl I’m 34, I stop working out regularly at 24 when my mom died. We worked out together every day, so it was heartbreaking and depressing going to the gym without her, she loved lifting weights and passed that to me😁I would start working out again with work out programs at home, but nothing motivated me and encouraged me to keep going. First of all, I really wanna compliment Caroline for how strong and discipline she is! Caroline is really inspiring, whenever I lost my breath, I need to pause the video and take a long break. And I continue, as I realized how Caroline is keep going with the workout meanwhile I still processing my breath😂. After that I gained the motivation to do my best after taking the long break! Daily reminder; It's only you who know your limits, and it's really fine to take a long break. Because we're here struggling together but we didn't give up! Happy Monday everyone❤

@@guesswhoiam1875 all you need is lots of protein, calculate the amount of calories you're eating in a day and try to cut out about 300-500 of those (usually can be literally just a snack or two cut out of your day, just make sure you're not letting yourself be obsessed with counting calories bc it's not good for you), and workout whenever you'd like. :) Most of it has everything to do with your eating habits, but I would recommend working out especially to be healthy

Following our conversation a couple of days ago I mowed our lawn yesterday and had to clear leaves first. As I cleared leaves from the borders I discovered a hedgehog fast asleep...so I carefully put them back. I had planned this workout & as I was browsing to see if I liked it, I was skeptical. It looked so hard & explosive… I was dreading it all day. I was trying to motivate myself to do it; telling myself if I didn’t like it, I could just do something else. The closer it got to my workout time, the more I though I was just gonna do something else… thank god I didn’t. This was an intense, but manageable workout. It is amazing, I am literally dripping as I’m typing this lmaoo. Great workout, I truly appreciate it! I am practicing having a more consistent workout schedule & just doing workouts I like, this was a great motivator to keep going. Thank you for a great workout!

Im proud as hell that i managed to finish this while on antibiotics, this workout really made me pushmyself and im wet from sweat as hell (ive been sick for the past 2 weeks, i was without any training for a week but i cant afford to not train as im studying coaching. Not to mention that after the first 5 min, I ended up doing the whole workout with my windows open. I must say, as it seems to be the last HIIT of the year, that it was a GOOD one. This was definitely one of my favorite HIIT’s! Kept my heart rate up and worked as hard as I could for that 20 minutes! Yes, my legs were jello at the finisher🌹❣️🌹

Well that was fun! Trying this one after Iron twice and Fuel twice. Caroline Girvan is getting me into my best shape ever, at 53 years old! I have a progressive lung disease called PAH group 1 that makes me have to modify a bit here and there. 80 lbs down. 34lbs down since following her programs and not just picking random ones. My doctor who is a specialist in this disease has been thrilled! I am very grateful to have found her! What looks impossible, is possible! Just remember it's a slow process. Take your time. Do what you can. Each day you get stronger! Now off to do the add-on Wall Squats! Well this was supposed to be in the Epic Heat, day 1 workout! 🤣. Although, I do love this workout too! Never thought I'd be able to do this one either, but, it's so fun!
Last HIIT of 2021, where has this year gone?? This is going to be a sweaty final HIIT. Im proud as hell that i managed to finish this while on antibiotics, this workout really made me pushmyself and im wet from sweat as hell (ive been sick for the past 2 weeks, i was without any training for a week but i cant afford to not train as im studying coaching. Got exams from strenght and gymnastics every week now aswell :') )

Hey guys!!! Just finished today's workout!!! The temperature now outside is 6°C and I am feeling like it's 26°C in my room. Not to mention that after the first 5 min, I ended up doing the whole workout with my windows open. I must say, as it seems to be the last HIIT of the year, that it was a GOOD one. OMG, this was HOT just like the title of the workout. My sweat was dripping everywhere and those hot feet at finisher are literally killer. Lots of jumping but surprisingly I don't dislike it 😂 This was tough but fun. Have a great Sunday everybody!

Done ✔️. Super Sweaty and Very Enjoyable HIIT Sesh! Max HR was 181. Pasta Dinner was used well today 😉. My fave was the Staple and Forward, side,rear,side to center. So funny, there were times I jumped in place but in my mind I was still following the sequence 😂. Superb HIIT!🌟🌟🌟

It´s just wonderful how Caroline keeps thinking new moves to motivate and challenge us, what a blessing Caroline. Well that was fun! Trying this one after Iron twice and Fuel twice. Caroline Girvan is getting me into my best shape ever, at 53 years old! I have a progressive lung disease called PAH group 1 that makes me have to modify a bit here and there. 80 lbs down. 34lbs down since following her programs and not just picking random ones. My doctor who is a specialist in this disease has been thrilled! I am very grateful to have found her! What looks impossible, is possible! Just remember it's a slow process. Take your time. Do what you can. Each day you get stronger! Now off to do the add-on Wall Squats! Well this was supposed to be in the Epic Heat, day 1 workout! 🤣. Although, I do love this workout too! Never thought I'd be able to do this one either, but, it's so fun!
