Yesterday I saw a beachfront house plan where the dirty kitchen, maid's room and bath are the ones facing the beachfront. Your house plan is the exact opposite and your coastal house rocks, my friend! The living, dining and a bedroom has views of the beach and that is awesome! This is what a beachfront house should be. Keep on creating marvelouse house plans and more power to you!

I hope you could add where the North is relative to the house. It is nice to see how the house is designed to handle sunlight which might be very problematic

@@MODERNBALAI it indicated 3D architectural software and pc laptop spects but i didnt recognize the name of the software. (eg Sketchup, rendering software etc)
