I might agree with you but some people like privacy. For example example if someone knocks on the front door and people eating or socialize. Then there no privacy.

@@MODERNBALAI I agree with Almeda Maruje regarding TV wall- here are my 2 cents worth of ideas to replace the wall. There are now companies in the U.S. ( and most likely worldwide) that make TV Lift cabinet’s. The electric plugin outlet can be wired/placed on the floor. With the high quality wood and materials throughout your models, you can opt to have a craftsman custom make a TV Lift cabinet for you. The T.V. Would fit somewhere in the area underneath where your current TV is placed on the wall and would serve as a low open room divider. When the TV is not being viewed or when viewed. The TV set “remotely” slides into the cabinet and all the electronics are housed inside.
There are great D I Y ( do it yourself ) instructions on UA-cam with details on what and where to order all the components needed in order to” build a TV lift cabinet ( they have all sizes of cabinets ready made, but their quality of materials , wood etc., may not meet your high quality of standards for the cabinet itself). As for the existing Low platform along the wall under the T.V. , it can be placed - relocated under the windows where the two chairs are now. BTW ❤️ this model.

I can't tell where the entry door is. Is it across from the laundry room? If so, I'd eliminate that wall to the right (the one that creates a hall between the bedroom & living room. That would make the whole thing feel much larger.
That's a lot of windows to clean. I would use full panel glass instead of the square grid design.

Working in the kitchen would be a challenge. There is barely enough room to turn around. . The kitchen appears to be lacking a dishwasher and a microwave.

Nice design but it's just to small for me. Rooms barely have enough room to turn around in. Blow it up about a thousand sq ft then I'd like to have a look at it.

For me, I’d say this is too small for a 3 bedroom house. I like the basic design but would use the space of the bedroom behind the kitchen to make the kitchen area larger and have a utility room behind it. BTW - the front door doesn’t seem to have any hardware…or is that not the door?
