Hi. Nice layout!
Hope you can make a 1 MBr, 1 BR with T&B, 1 BR shared T&B with 1Maid’s Room, 2 Small Offices, Powder Room, Open-Concept Kitchen, Dining & Living Areas, 2 Carports and a Pocket Garden on a 190sqm lot, Bungalow, since we are working on a budget. But with provision for 2nd storey once we have the budget for it in the future. Hope this is workable.
