Robots won't, your boss will, actually you might not have your career taken away. Depending on the career, the robot may be extremely expensive. Robots have many intricate parts to create them that cost a lot. Also the professionals used to create the programs will take money to hire
We humans are our own worst enemies, people have become lazy and entitled, they want robots to do all the messy and hard work, leaving people unemployed and broke, where's the tax money coming from when a robot takes a human job, were writing ourselves out of existence
Many people talk about robots, saying that they will replace places and we will not find work to work for. In my opinion, robots can work, but they will not replace places. For example, a teacher. A robot cannot replace a robot because there are some students who have learning difficulties and need a kind and patient teacher. It is not a robot without feelings or compassion. In the end, I think that Arbotat will help teachers and doctors, but it will not replace them
i have a friend who actually works in a company which makes these robots and he says that its just skilled workers left now in their production facilities now simple tasks are all automated
'Will roboats take our jobs?' The title is ridiculous. They have been doing that for decades. Look at the auto manufacturing industry, for a start. The all robots may not have 2 arms and 2 legs but they are marching into every industry, regardless. There are even robotic delivery machines on the street, at the moment.

Edit: CGPgrey also has a video called "Humans need not apply" and "How Machines Learn" content that will help further your knowledge on the issue.
If I hear one more argument about why robots will NOT "take over" human jobs because back in the 1800 when railroads (industrialization) came on the scene... Intelligent machines add a different dimension to the consideration.
Machines, will never be intelligent. They may imitate human features to perfection, maybe even IMITATE emotions for the sake of the owner, but they will never have free will or emotion. There is no reason to add a code to robots to give them independent thinking. Robots don't complain, don't make mistakes, require less sustenance, why would we give them free will and emotion. Human emotions always screw things over.

In India population is nearly 130 crores. As on 2021 , unemployed was 5.30crores.doyou want to give employment or introduce robots and take away the jobs from people who are already employed? Employers should think and act in this technology advanced world. Of course robots do not need wages vacation physicl and mental stress which the human beings come across. But they do not have stomach and other live organs. They do not need water and food for functioning the organs, whereas humans take water and food for their survival, otherwise they will die. Supply of blood will stop and brain and heart will collapse. People work and earn money only for basic necessities like food , water, cloth and shelter. So all govts and employers of both private and public sectors in India and around the globe should think this basic and take decisions. Hazardous jobs where high risk is for human life in danger can be taken by these humanoid robots. Thanks
I have to agree with Robo Thespian, he's right, robot's wont replace people's jobs, they could only take over the people's jobs only of one parts of the job is dangerous, like cleaning buildings that are like sky scrapers, for example. Now that one is dangerous. Because you know the type of dangerous consequences.
Can someone please explain to me why having the ability to illuminate meaningless boring and mundane/drudgery work is a bad thing? Why in the world can't we just let the bots take over the workforce and let people go back to school or we could all just learn to live with less stuff aka junk and start to reconnect with other human beings and volunteer YES volunteer our time to help improve the lives of others around us. We would no longer work because we NEED to but because we would actually WANT to because it would feel good knowing that we aren't just working to produce an unnecessary amount of wealth for a single person or family/group but instead to support others. We could pressure higher education. It would be a dream come true but...NO we can't have it because some asshole wants to have a big mansion with a yacht and a super fast car along with 10 to 20 other super fast cars and he also wants a private jet case he can't be bothered to set next to another person. And don't give me this crap about there not being enough to go around. The amount of food the retail industries wast every day is unreal.

As they start to do ,some humans might notice and decide to fight back to their own benefit. At times of distress desperate humans may gang up to fight the technological system back.i think as per machines being built so will prisons have to be built in relation to counter balance jobless humans. By then i dont think they ll keep making up trillions of dollas for stimulus payments.
Why though? If we lose our jobs, how will we get money? There's no way the government is just gonna make us not have to work for money. Do you even know how much money would inflate due to not having to work for it? It would become worthless.

Nothing or no thing will take my career away from me. Bring it on, robots

In the end, I think that Arbotat will help teachers and doctors, but it will not replace them
i have a friend who actually works in a company which makes these robots and he says that its just skilled workers left now in their production facilities now simple tasks are all automated
and more jobs will pop up as demand for these robots increase
@@captainsandwhich7469 Those jobs will also be replaced by robots once they become sophisticated enough.
DEY TOOK OUR JERBS!
so you like bananas eh?
'Will roboats take our jobs?' The title is ridiculous. They have been doing that for decades. Look at the auto manufacturing industry, for a start. The all robots may not have 2 arms and 2 legs but they are marching into every industry, regardless. There are even robotic delivery machines on the street, at the moment.
I don't mind robots doing the shitty 9-5 slave jobs instead of us. We complain about having slave jobs. As long as we get universal basic income enough for us to survive and people make money online business and not being controlled by a dictatorship.
it would take a long time until we reach a point of fully automated communism where everyone live a luxurious life
I swear our species (Homo sapiens) are the ONLY ONES that are capable of making its VERY OWN species disappear lol. Why do I say this? I say this because the robots do not (for the most part) have thDepression, Anxiety, and/or sorrow" As we know, these are all HUMAN emotions that we don't like. That said, the computer gave a contradicted answer, which was: Because all of these are HUMAN emotions, in order for those emotions to NOT to exist, then HUAMNS CANNOT exist... Now it's us vs. them
We need robots for every scene in life.
10 robots for every person.
Why people are scared of robots?? If human jobs are replaced by robots that means humans can create more important jobs/work.
Such as...?
Like what, huh? What jobs? Honestly, even if we did create new jobs, those jobs would eventually get taken over by robots, too. I hope companies don't start making robots to work for them

A world without the peruse of having to work to make income will be meaningless. A world without jobs and a simple and equal universal income for everyone would make life even less meaningful as the hierarchy will cease to exist. most peoples meaning in life is purpose driven, no one would ever be able to climb the hierarchy and strive for a better and happier life. If you take away the the meaning in lige there will only be the suffering left. Not only that, it would also increase obesity and many mental health issues such as depression. In combination with all of this, suicides would skyrocket and become the number 1 cause of death. In the end human overpopulation will become the opposite as the fertility rate will keep getting lower and lower untill no human will ever be born again

You guys should watch the many many clips on the net that dive into this much deeper, and they have already explained why you can't compare the automotive boom to AI. In the next few years we may have more jobs on hi tech but 20-40 years is where everything changes.
No! Anything but that! We humans are supposed to be the dominant species, so we have to grow wiser along with technology and not just leave every concern to technology!
Don't worry. Simple jobs that require repetitiveness and are simple will be replaced by robots.
Humans are working very hard to replace themselves 🙂
We said the same things when the steam engine first appeared. No one can imagine living without electricity either. Repetitive, simple jobs that require a lot of strength will be taken by robots. There will be an initial wave of unemployment, but that wave will soon drop as humans adapt and new jobs pop up as demand for the production of these robots increase. Computer scientists and mechanical engineers will be way more common.
@@captainsandwhich7469 steam engines don't think for themselves. AI and robotics will displace most people out of the workforce, you can't be that blind to that can you? Just this year, AI is making massive waves. Remember, people said a computer couldn't beat the best players in the world at Go because it was too complex, turns out they were wrong.
Robot soldiers are perfect tools to replace our soldiers that got discharged from our military
How about let's stop killing each other
Hopefully,if the aim is correct. It would be a bonus to humans. If governments in each country, do use robots in production etc creating a good economy, humans won't need to work, and will receive a wage from the government.
I believe Universal Basic Income will be a reality at some point. It may come sooner than we think but it's all dependent on how fast robotics and AI develop.
I've played fallout new vegas , I remember in the sunset sasperilla factory, robots took over the peoples jobs, hopefully this doesent actually happen. You know why they put robots instead? Robots dont ask for a salary. For those who played new Vegas they know that most were fired.
Well they could make our lives a lot better because of UBI
why do people get so worried about robots taking menial, labor intensive jobs? this would be a great thing for all of us. our population could be reduced, the planet would be healthier and humans would have the greatest freedom we've ever experienced to explore and create. our kind (and our planet) would be the envy of all the galaxy! 👍
They will never be like people no matter how hard they try and definitely not be. Better... they're fooling themselves.
This is a very short term outlook of robotics and A.I. watch Kurtzgesagt's video explaining A.I. and you will see why academics are correct. You should be afraid of automation.
Edit: CGPgrey also has a video called "Humans need not apply" and "How Machines Learn" content that will help further your knowledge on the issue.
@L S well yes but communism and socialism can be corrupted by an government official look at the soviet union
They are only allowed for industries to increase production but they will never be self-programming
@@captainsandwhich7469 "Machines, will never be intelligent..." That's not a statement of fact. That's an opinion. You're, of course, welcome to your own, but there doesn't seem to be any objective reason to support your assertion.

Thanks
