Hey.. Did you notice stuttering during games? Many videos are complaining that cpu power limit throttling is more and result in frame rate drops are there. They say that it has lower performance than other laptops with same configuration. What's your opinion? I'm interested in buying this laptop with i5 8300h and gtx 1060
I have the same shuttering too I sent in to the service centre and hopefully they will solve the problem but I would recommend you the lenovo y530 it has much better display with almost similar price
en PC no estan disponibles los Gears 1,2 y 3 xDDD nomas estan el ultimate edition que es remake del primero y gears 4 (que corre muy bien en este laptop probado por mi mismo)
this laptop have nothing with a a gaming laptop to do at all, but it is good for a media laptop pc not more, to even calling this a gaming laptop is isane and stupid
I mean it can run loads of games on max settings, It won’t be the best FPS maybe like (30-100) but if it’s playable and doesn’t buff then It’s a gaming laptop. I heard this laptop can run GTA 5 on 60 FPS 720p and not lag. It’s very good as a budget gaming laptop. I purchased mine for $1000 and it performs good, but one thing that’s wrong with it is that the power brick only supply 25w into the computer making it a bit slow and has a lower battery life so I just keep it on charge at all times. I won’t be bringing it anywhere even though it’s a laptop power on it sucks ass and Asus messed up on that. I would recommend buying it if you are on a budget
@@dias3700 I have one and I have no real complaints, maybe put an ssd and it will feel a lot snappier, but the cheapest config is not bad, I'm able to play gta 5 at decent framerate and gears 4 it's a really good experience for an entry level laptop
@@zerito2374 I have almost the same specs than the model in the video, im waiting for an ssd and 8gb of ram, its the real limitation on it. Same thing on GTA V (even with a lot of things in ultra and high), no real complain, not too hot, etc. BAD SCREEN COVER, i mean the borders, tends to open and split in my case. That only problem, but good general experience. c:
Avoid the FX504 series at all costs, this is the worst gaming laptop on the market right now. I own a FX504GE that comes with a core i7 8750H and a Nvidia 1050 Ti and it is underperforming too much, I cannot say if the core i5 will perform as bad, but, most likely it will. Either the core i5 or core i7 are 45 W parts, but, they are being limited to just 20 - 25 W meaning that you are paying extra for something that you can’t use. At its full potential For the model I own expect the CPU to power throttle when on high CPU loads as a result the clock speed will be limited to the base speed of 2.2 GHz and turbo boost will not kick in even if it is enabled. So, for video editing, rendering, CAT simulations, etc. it will not perform as expected. You might be saying “this is a gaming computer, it is for gaming” well, it is a failure at that too. For the same CPU power limitation and clock speeds bouncing all over the place you will constantly have to cope with framedrops and stuttering in any game. To kind of solve the issue you will have to underbolt the CPU and GPU. The worst part is that I contacted Asus on this regard and they have admitted there are some issues with the design and provided a ton of excuses on why it might be, but, are not willing to solve the problem. They suggest entering the PC to a service center for “fixing”, most likely they will change the motherboard or other components but most likely it will continue the same as there is no damage on the PC just a poor design. They will not provide a replacement computer either and if you bought the PC in other region you are screwed as their “international” warranty will not cover you on another region meaning you will have to ship the computer to wherever it was bought. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Anonymous lucky you. My i7 model drops frames all the time. Ended up returning the laptop because of this. Do you have any power throttling with the i5? I mean during intensive CPU and GPU loads
Anonymous drive.google.com/file/d/1-ZYjp1WnMzeXNkhUio5AHBl3BVEJVTKR/view?usp=drivesdk There you can see my benchmark restaurant and the power throttling I mentioned.
Abdullah m I've heard that that model is a great budget laptop, unfortunately, I can't or can confirm that claim as I don't have that computer. Try checking some reviews at least 5 and pay close attention to temperatures. Also on the gaming benchmarks try to look for the 1% lows, the closer that number is to the average fps, the better gaming experience you will have.
Does aura core work on this?
Даже на английском сделал-молодец!!!
Удачи с каналом!
this video help me a little bit..so tnQ.😉😊
What settings preset did you use on war thunder?
on maximum settings, you can see it on 6:52

Actually yes, I saw stuttering during in game Battlefield 1, but in other games like Doom or CS GO it was clearly
I have the same shuttering too I sent in to the service centre and hopefully they will solve the problem but I would recommend you the lenovo y530 it has much better display with almost similar price
Edvin Chan did u figure it out
Fortnite For Life about why the screen is shuttering during gaming play ? Not yet
but the problem is not that the 8gb of ram is not enough?
In Battlefield 1 you should avoid dx12, I think its meant for amd gpus
in description you can found playlist with test game BT1 with dx11
Me correra bien el gear of war 1 .2 y 3???

Dont buy this pc and avoid the fx504 series! I have the exact same configuration, and its really slow.
What do you mean by slow? Do yuu have many processes in the background? Do you play charged? Be more precise
