This is the first Chinese guy I have seen who can grow beard.
He's actually filipino which has a lot of genetic diversity. Mostly 60% of our genetic make up is from malaysian islanders and the rest are either african, muslim and etc.
@@paulodepablo3649 i dont think MUSLIM is a race, more like MALAY.
Light 1988 We have a lot of islander nation so i am unsure of where we got our Muslim culture. It isn't a race but it is a religion, i just forgot what country it originated from since we have so manny cultures from manny countries. The philippines was once a known trade route in the 12 century and older. It's a diverce country with a lot of cultures including th norse and middle east often sailing here just to trade some goods.
I forgot what era though where all of the culture are prevelant in trading.

Are we seriously gonna talk about religions and races here?
all variants in my country of this laptop has 8gb ram
Fortnite Certified same you noticed him saying 4 gbs of ram to right ?
What you described at 3:30 is the most retro and badass thing I’ve heard in a long time, I’m now sold on this laptop lol
i own this laptop... my specc is 4gb 1050, 8gb ram , 128gb ssd , 1tb hdd 2666rpm ... been using it for half 5 months , no problem at all if you upgrade the ram... pretty much done the work..
Puchased the 504GM-es74, the specs are awesome for the price, I7, 8750H cpu, GTX 1060 6gig, 16 gigs ram, 256 SSD and 1TB firecuda hybrid drive for under 1,000.00 usd. Expandable memory to 32 gigs, I cant wait to push this TUF beast! Havent unboxed it yet, looool its killing me, but i want to do a vid and show some performance out of the box.
Hello po, I just want to ask insights from you if it is worth buying one of these. I watched Jarodd'sTech review on TUF FX504, he pointed out there that the problem of this unit (worst) is the thermal throttling. Can I ask if you also faced that problem with your unit? And since I am here, I just want also to ask which of these laptops would you prefer buying, (since you're from the Ph, me too). My choices are; Asus TUF FX504, Asus X560/X570, or the Asus ROG GL553. My budget is around 40-50k. For you, what laptops would you recommend given that budget? Thanks
hey, once when i pressed the fn and f5 key at the same time to switch the fan speed, i saw an icon that told me if i switched to normal or turbo fan speed, but i doesnt show me that icon anymore. Do you know how to fix it
hi dear, this model gtx 1050ti and MSI FX 63 gtx 1050 , which one is good?
I like back light key boards and red is an ideal color for reducing glare and eye adjustments.
With RGB keyboards you can use any color you want including red.
Just so that you all are aware, which most are already: There are multiple different varieties of this laptop sold at several different prices. The TUF FX504 that I just bought last thursday was $900 on sale and the specs are : Geforce GTX 1050 2gb graphics card , i58th gen, and 8 gb of RAM which as he is noting is bottom of the line but will play most RPGS. I would recommend the exact same thing as him if you want to play higher end games; upgrade your RAM or graphics card, other than the fan like most people are saying its not too bad. keyboard is very nice and the laptop itself runs pretty smooth after installing all the windows updates etc. But there is also one thing I have been noticing, a slight choppy period in some of the games that i play for literally only a few seconds, then it goes away.
8 gb ram is good in this laptop or no ?
I have the same computer and I just bought it today, it is 120 Hertz, Core i7 and I think it has a gtx 1060 But It is very laggy when it comes to browsing, not gaming because I bought a better graphics card for example I play fortnite at 70-90 FPS at medium settings but browsing any site while downloading anything (games, music, ec.) The laptop becomes very laggy. I do not know what to do please reply me a suggestion or 2. thank you.
Got this laptop with I5 processor. 8gb ram. 1060gtx. 256gb ssd. Once the BIOS is updated I've not noticed any throttling. Good laptop with this spec with 2 problems, fan is very loud while playing games and battery life is awful. Those 2 things don't bother me but might put some people off. Worth buying for a casual gamer like me.
@Griffin 17. My bios version is 3.1. Hope it helps.
@Griffin 17 yes sorry. 303 according to my system info.
@Griffin 17. You're welcome, I've just checked on the Asus website and they have it there for download. Good luck with it mate.

If I buy with Intel i5 8th /8GB 2666mhz/256SSD/GTX 1650 2GB, gonna play any game 1080p on max graphics?
well today i baught this laptop but the only diffrence mine from stor comes with 16 gb of ram i7 - 8750H and gtx 1060 6GB .... the only down side to this pc is the lack of ports and connections beside that its a beast :D

Help pls i have same laptop with i7 8gen version my gpu temp reaches 90°c while gaming ( rise of the tomb raider, far cry 5 at the lowest setting) pls need solution help🙏🙏🙏
Just ordered this laptop for my 8-year-old daughter because she wanted a gaming laptop. Got it on Newegg for $680 bucks with the i5 8300h and GTX 1050ti with 8GB DDR4 and 256GB M.2 SSD. I'll toss in one of our 16GB DDR4 kits that was removed from the Alienware laptops we upgraded and a 1TB storage drive and she should be set. I saw they offered this with the i7 8750h but, no way would I order it with that CPU after seeing the heatsink config inside because that heatsink is not enough to keep the i7 8750h cool. We have two Alienware m17's that use the i7 8750h and even with its beefy heatsink config the CPU idles at 39 - 40c and when gaming it goes to 60 - 75c and that's with an RTX 2070 tied into the heatsink. I think the heatsink config in this laptop was the perfect choice for the i5 8300h and the GTX 1050ti and shame on ASUS for trying to make a few extra bucks by offering it with the i7 8750h without upgrading the heatsink to accommodate the CPU better.
How can I increase the fan speed?
Finally a great Pinoy tech review channel! Good review bro i have the i58300 1050ti and surprisingly got it for 53999 pesos as well! Some weird mixup in complink supplier the guy said . It runs great in all areas except for the power limit throttling the one guy mentioned down below. However, i think the 25 TDP limit can be bypassed in throttlestop. Will update if i can remedy it. Cheers
Thank you! I feel bad that I didn't go into detail about the 25 watt TDP but I noticed it and I thought it didn't make too big a difference on the i5. Maybe I should have said something, but I stand by the result. I will try to do better next time!
did you get any success using throtlestop?
I have this laptop worked perfectly for 2 years but all of the sudden it boots up into the bio's. I see the hard hard drive but can't access it. Would you have any suggestions what to do?
Try to access Windows repair or Laptop reset feature which is in a hidden partition in these laptops. If I can't access that, I would try to make a bootable Ubuntu thumbstick and boot the laptop with it. Then check if ubuntu can access my drive. If it can, then backup my files first.
Then you have to decide whether you want to repartition / reformat / reinstall or clone your drive. Or try Windows recovery or laptop reset. But in all cases you don't want to delete the hidden Windows repair partition unless the drive is completely destroyed or already cloned.
At that point, consider bringing it to Asus instead.
Can u do a tutorial / just tell me how to overclock this laptop?

I bought a new laptop(ASUS TUF FX504GM) which has two video cards nvidia gforce gtx 1060 and integrated graphics by Intel ...
Now the problem is the display of laptop is connected with integrated graphics .. so whenever I run something heavy like games or rendering something ... Laptop hits up as integrated Intel graphics run and CPU as well ...
I tried various things like
1.Changing display settings through nvidia control panel ..
2. Disableling integrated graphics driver
3.I tried changing through bios but there was no such option ..
Whenever I connect external display it works fine with nvidia . Laptops dosent heat up ..
So in conclusion i want u to suggest mi how exatly can I change my display driver from integrated to nvidia graphics ...
As always ur videos r grt ...!
Is it ok? I bought it with i7 processor. 6GB RAM and 1050 gtx.
But I don't understand what they mean by 6GB ram; max 32GB
You can upgrade to 32GB of RAM maximum
It varies, my dude. Some have gtx1050 installed, i bought mine with the 1060 already in it. I think it's asus' way of doing it so u can buy it cheaper, then after that, if u wanna upgrade, that is up to you. If you want to install a something new like upgrading RAM's, you can just open the bottom. There's a tutorial for it if you dont know how
Will you recommend this for me to buy if processor is i5 8gen

Graphic 1050 4GB
1 tb harddisk along with 128gb SSD
If no which laptop will you recommend
Sure. That config is pretty good.

Just sold my MSI GV62 7RD laptop. Have to upgrade my laptop this week. What do you recommend?
Should I just get the next model of MSI which is the GV62 8RD? another MSI GF63 8RD-091PH , a Dell G7? or this ASUS TUF FX504?
Really hope you could reply! Thank you! :D
Specs are pretty much the same for most laptops in this price point. Honestly its about personal preference when it comes to splitting hairs.
Do you like the design of one brand? Have you had good experience with your old MSI? Do you like the keyboard or lighting?
Personally if CPU performance is a huge deal I'd go with MSI, but for the design and form factor I like the Asus.
The Dell G7 is nice but I don't think it comes with 120Hz display at this price point. But if it does then I might prefer it over both brands - because the design is fresher (no red/black colors), easy maintenance on the bottom (single screw cover), and USB Type C expansion port for eGPU or many USB C accessories. Plus the G7 design is a tried and tested thermal build, though it is pretty thick.
boss hope you reply to me , i have asus tuf laptop with the variant of 12gb ram, i5 8th gen 1050 gpu, my only problem is battery life which only last for only 1 hour even in standby mode or some kind of minimal browsing😭 i think i did something badly on the battery but dont know kung ano, what would u recommend to me sir? do i need to change the battey or what? pls reply on me. 😔
Check your power settings po in the battery icon. Baka naka high performance mode kayo. Did you change some overclocking or something? Fan speeds? Set power, performance, etc. to default. Check if you have apps running in the background. And check for virus I guess. If not, since your laptop is relatively new baka may warranty bring it to service center if no other choice.
@@TechInspected thanks po the reply sir, opo nagchange ako ng mga overclocking, nagdownload ako ng msi afterburner and trottlestop for a better fps for gaming , so does it mean na yun yung isang dahilan po?
@@TOPpicksWorldwide0428 Oh yes, that's why. Any overclocking means higher power draw. And throttlestop means even under light tasks your CPU will still run at maximum blast. Turn those off if you're going to do basic tasks on battery.
After upgrade to 8 gb ram this laptop ok for play game? i already buy this laptop when play game my screen like spike2 lag should i upgrade the ram ?

Does the hdmi 1.4 supports monitor with a 144hz at 1080p? ....... i was planning to buy a monitor cause my laptop screen only has a 60hz. I also have the asus laptop.
This is 50/50. HDMI 1.4 port is guaranteed to go up to 1080p 120Hz but theoretically it may hit 1080p 144Hz but the monitor MUST support 1080p 144Hz via HDMI.
The reason for this is that 1080p 144Hz exceeds the maximum recommended output of HDMI 1.4 and goes into "overhead" mode of the cable.
So you need a monitor that allows for the "overhead" mode 144hz on HDMI 1.4 to make 144Hz to work. Otherwise you get a guaranteed 1080p 120Hz.
Hope that helps.
@@TechInspected thank you so much!
Can you recommend any decent 8GB RAM for my Asus tuf 504 i5 8th with gtx1060?
If you have 8GB installed open your laptop and check the brand inside so you can have matching RAM. Otherwise Corsair is a good brand to go with for laptop DDR4 RAM sight unseen.

Mine is the same, But with 12GB RAM
I have upgraded the ram from 8gb to 24gb and it's performance to games is just amazing.
I’ve never upgraded Ram before. Is it hard to do it?
@@habidhernandez763 not hard, very easy, only thing you need to take note is to get the correct ram card as there are different types of ram card to match with the ram slot in the laptop.
Interesting. At least it is not the $699 USD, the 2018 ASUS TUF FX504GD-ES51 i5-8300H, 1 module 8GB 2666MHz memory, GTX 1050, 1TB Seagate Hybrid Firecuda 5,400 rpm HDD, 60Hz TN display.
The WiFi card cannot be upgraded to a WiFi 5 or 6 nor can the Display panel to an IPS, 120Hz or 144Hz as it is a 30 pin AU Optronics AU038ED / B156HTN03.8. Best scenario to upgrade install another 8GB memory module for Dual Channel of 16GB and clone Windows 10 Home edition from the FireCuda to a 1TB Samsung 860 EVO SSD. Installing a m.2 NVME SSD is not worth the price. The FX504GD-EN045T does have a 120Hz 3ms TN Display - 94% NTSC and 300 NITS but needs just as much in upgrades. The 48Wh Battery means short time usage. With the i5-8300H CPU TDP is 45W. PL1 is 28W and PL2 is 45W. Underload PL1 increases to 39W to 41W rarely hits 45W and PL2 should read 80W. CPU clock frequency should be in neighborhood of 2.9GHz to 3.2GHz unfortunately, on occasion you have Thermal Throttling keeping Frequency lower than expected. Forget using XTU or ThrottleStop as to undervolt to -125mv but it does reduce core temperatures maybe 3 or 4 degrees celsius and still may have Thermal Throttling. In Game play you also lose some FPS using ThrottleStop or XTU however in Benchmark programs such as Cinebench R15 or R20 you will obtain a higher score. It is better that you enter windows Control Panel then go into Power Options and select High Performance profile.
With High Performance your CPU will run constant at Turbo Speed if i5-8300H will be 3.9GHz.
Be sure to use your keyboard and set Fan Speed to other than Quiet. - Games will play good and benchmarks scores will be below average. Benchmarks are for comparison and not real usage. Benchmarks are not a good indicator of how your laptop will perform as they are a reference of how your laptop might perform.
I bought the FX504 i5-8300H+10504GB for editing purposes and light gaming (and yeah minecraft with shaders ahahahaha😂). I have the 4GB model and to be honest its lag as hell. Was about to get the fx505DY but was quickly sold out when we got back . That 505dy was way better than 504 but falls a bit behind of the performance. Overall its still a good laptop just hate the freaking 4GB ram. I'm also gonna add a 250GB NVME or m.2 ssd in cause the SSHD is fkin slow.

@@paulodepablo3649 I haven't tested either of those units so I can't comment but given the FX504 has power delivery issues primarily felt on the i7 I might go for the Acer even though the Helios is T.H.I.C.C.
But since I haven't reviewed the Helios I can't really say it won't have any issues either.
The Technoclast Okay. Then I'll just cross off the asus FX504GM and look onto the FX505 instead.
Well, so far the helios seems to be the crowd favourite in other countries. Since you haven't reviewed it. I'll let you test out the helios blind so that you can feel what the pros and cons for you. Usually our country is H.O.T, so the test will be interesting. I'll look forward to it :D
It was love at first sight (of sorts) when I saw the Acer Nitro 5 but before I decided to put a ring on it (or rather, fork over the cash) I wanted to check out what else was there. I was choosing hard between the Nitro 5 that had an i5-8300H and the variant that had a Ryzen 2500U. The i5 is faster but more expensive, the Ryzen was a bit slower, cheaper, and I'm an AMD guy. I also saw the Dell G3 and this Asus FX504 but both didn't offer Ryzen and I wasn't too excited about these two, so in the end it was still the Nitro for me and I chose the AMD config. The thing is though, all of them only include 4GB of RAM which seems to be the norm here unless you go beyond P60K or so. The good thing is that adding another 4GB is very cheap; I got a Kingston 4GB DDR4-2400 stick for just P1,600. My only regret is I didn't go for DDR4-2666 which is only a few hundred bucks more because when I opened up the laptop to install an M.2 SSD I saw that a Crucial DDR4-2666 SODIMM was in there. I went with the 2400 because I knew that the 2500U only supports up to 2400 MT/s. I checked the actual RAM speed with CPU-Z and found that the Crucial was indeed running at just 2400. Should I go out and have the Kingston exchanged for something else that runs at 2666? I know the laptop will still run both DIMMs at 2400 but 2666 DIMMs might have better timings at 2400 compared to DIMMs that are really spec'd at just 2400. What do you think?
Well honestly the noticeable difference between 2400 and 2666 RAM is very small and somewhat imperceptible. I wouldn't really think too much about it. Most people even forget to enable XMP or whatnot to take advantage of faster RAM and they never notice the difference. =)
@@TechInspected yeah, and in this case I don't think there would even be any difference at all because the Ryzen 2500U can't even go beyond 2400 anyway, and at 2400 MT/s the Crucial was also running at CL17, just like the Kingston 2400 DIMM that I got. One has to wonder why Acer put in a 2666 DIMM instead of a 2400, but then again Crucial might as well label it a 2400 CL17.
Most brands just buy a lot of RAM and don't care what speed it is. So its likely Acer just buys 2666 RAM in bulk and plugs it in without caring about the fact that they could theoretically save some money by buying slower RAM.
@@TechInspected yeah, probably. And they probably got a nice discount that they don't pay more for the extra speed. Anyway, thanks dude. Subbed. Good to see a Filipino tech channel on UA-cam, BTW.
Im so lucky that i have bought it already on i7 8gb ram 128ssd 1tb memory 1050ti graphics card
for this laptop my config ba na may gtx1050ti at 8gb ram at magkano aabutin thanks
If I was a student and using this for lectures at uni, would the battery life be sufficient?
I'd say no but it really depends on what you think is "sufficient". 4 hours of battery life isn't enough for going to a full day of classes for me.Your classmates with macs and dell XPSses and Surface Go / Pros will outlive your battery by about 6-8 hours as the newer ones can go up to 12-13 hours while laptops like these can go at max 5 hours.
@@TechInspected Even if I was to enable power saving,
reduce the brightness and turn on Airplane mode?
@@ExtremelySkilledGamer Well I think if you really tried to you might get 6 1/2 hours which is decent. Honestly if you really wanted to use a gaming laptop its fine. You just need to be conscious about your battery and be more active about plugging it in like during your lunch break. You can make it work, just needs a bit more thought to it.
Asus TUF FX504GM-EN017T with 8GB RAM and 6GB GTX 1060 good for visual effects and 3D animation?
Yes except for the display not being very accurate color wise. If that's not important then the config is fine.

This or the ROG GL503VD i5 ver with 8gb of ram?
If you don't want to upgrade the RAM yourself po go for the GL503, but this one has a nice screen and better i5 (8 thread.)
The laptop cpu has a power limit throttling, with performance nearly 20% lower than same model cpu on other laptop. While the H series CPUs have a Max tdp of 45watts, the power for the cpu is limited to 25 watts
This is clear from the fact that single core benchmarks are well, but multithreaded scores are pretty low. If you do a simple stress test, you'll find you will find that the cpu runs at a stable base clock speed and rarely goes in the turbo boost frequency range. The reason? It's got a crappy cooling system. And hence to keep up with temperatures. I was on the verge of buying this thing when a deep research saved me.
I did see this being reported for the TUF series and I was going to test this i5 variant more towards power limit throttling issues but I think it performs quite normally given the clock speeds on all games shown on the upper right don't significantly drop. And I did do a a stress test and showed on the video the clock speeds during that stress test and how much fluctuations happened.
So ultimately I think the power limit throttling is more of an issue with the i7 variant.
Hey, please update me when you find a workaround for this? Currently tinkering on throttlestop trying to remove this limit on my FX504. Thanks! (Yes, I experience this even though I already tried to change the TDP limit manually to 45w)
I keep seeing this and it's just crap. CPUs do not "power limit throttle" They throttle thermally. Just because it has a maximum heat dissipation of 45 watts doesn't mean it will consume 45 watts at all times or even at maximum usage. Thermal throttling is controlled by the CPU. Nothing ASUS can do will change the temperature the CPU throttles at. It's a fixed setpoint. If your CPU is throttling you need better cooling. End of story. That's it. There ain't no more. Asus adjusted the fan speed curves in their bios and the problem went away almost entirely. Update your bios. Undervolting your processor and using better thermal paste can also help. @@patrickweaver1105 but the fact that you will have to do something to fix it just feels unright to me as a consumer. Ik it's not a big deal and all but still...
120hz with a gtx 1050? I even wonder if that 120hz display will be of use at all. a 1050 simply isn't capable of dishing that much frames except on indie titles
Plz plz reccomd the ram witch to purchase
If you have the laptop, open it up and look at the RAM already installed. It is best to use the same model and brand. But if you don't want to it is fine. For laptops I use a brand called Crucial. This laptop uses DDR4 RAM. To be safe use RAM that's the same speed or lower than the one installed from Asus. Typically that's 2666mhz. Hope that helps.
I have this laptop but mine have 8 gb ram, Intel i5 8300H and a geforce GTX 1050. Do I need to upgrade to 16 gb ram? Btw good video. And plz answer😁
How's your gaming experience?
Could you review asus tuf fx505du??
Will fifa 19 work
Dude, please do a review of the redfox Vengeance line. Do a review first with the magearo or the tisiphone.
We're trying to get a hold of review units for the Vengeance line. =)
My big bro bought me this from canada with 12gb ram, it is good enough for pubg or fortnite?
Yep, should do fine. Have fun with the new PC!
@@TechInspected THANKS MANN! Btw you deserve my sub🤗
Umm I want to buy i5-8300h gtx 1050ti 4gb, 8gb ram is that a good laptop?
Uhh yeah
@@TechInspected thank you 😁
What about 8GB Ram and 128GB SSD and 4GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 graphics ?
Reply Asap , I am going to buy it!
the 1050 without the Ti is for light gaming purposes, low to medium settings, also this laptop tends to run hot, 80-90 celsius while gaming.
@@noventay4 But I bought it, I am not facing heating isue👍
That's a good spec.
@@TechInspected my friend got a TUF FX504 last month in this spec:
i7-8750H
128 SSD + 1TB HDD
GTX 1050 (4GB)
16GB RAM
It's a good laptop but the cooling really sucks and a little bit slower to boot compared to my Nitro 5 with the same specs... I insisted that he rather buy the latest Acer Nitro 5 (which in
imo is a better choice) but he just said "hey it's Asus!" so he ended up buying the TUF... so my question is what do we have to do to lower down cpu and gpu temp while gaming aside from undervolting it? TIA
By the way you just got a subscriber here!
@@kimryan7511 Not much you can do. The chassis is just built thinner that's why the thermals are higher. I would elevate it a little more from the table either through adding higher temporary feet on where they are gaming on or getting a laptop cooler just for the extra airflow. Thanks for the sub. =)
I have fx504 ge cs go lowest setting i get 300++ fps in the loby, when i played i get 120-200 fps i think the problem is the refresh rate.we got more fps but the display only show 60hz/60fps.
The lobby isn't graphically intensive so the FPS is higher. =)
Which gaming laptop is best for me under 70000
There's way too many factors to determine what laptop is best for you. I don't know the games you play, the brands you like, the design that works for you, battery life etc.
Is Dell g3 3579 better than this?
I've seen the G3 but I haven't reviewed one yet so I can't say which one is better.
Idk about you but most of the games I play run on 60 fps on default settings
Does it has 2 ram slots?
Edit:Will 6 GB ram be enough to play Fortnite?
2 Slots yes. Don't go for 6GB I don't even know where the heck you'd find 2GB DDR4 SODIMM that's only probably sold to serial killers. Please buy at least a 4GB stick like normal people. =)
@@TechInspected i actually have a laptop with 2gb ram ddr4 so...
@@goiaadi You poor soul!
@@TechInspected sorry it was a DDR3 but with 4gb ram without rec. Will it run at least 40fps?
Dude, stop this nonsense and just upgrade to 8GB of RAM.
Mind if someone could help me with my issue with this laptop
I got one 3 days ago and as I saw GTX 1050 gpu, i was convinced that this will run games like DOTA2 on 100fps+ on High settings but as I install it, I only got 30fps (wtf right?) and also the disk usage goes up to 100% and it's bad. Pls help on this issue or ill just go to the service center for this laptop in a few days.
For its price and specs, I thought it will be nice gaming laptop.
Marami pong reasons but very very first thing you need to do with a new laptop is fully update Windows 10 because stupid Microsoft will update your PC regardless of what you're doing.
Then go to Windows Store and update all apps.
Both Windows Update and Windows Store are bullshit microsoft crap that will max your disk and RAM and CPU but you can't disable it until it fully updates. Hope that helps boss.
Install the latest GeForce update . And your windows .It will solve the problem.
Thanks for helping out. Not really a laptop guy so I don't really know what to do when I bought this.
@@ivanmanaloto4353 Hey man you solve the problem ?
@@wahidCL sadly no, I returned to the service center and they suggested me that I upgrade to SSD. Kinda disappointed with this laptop because I had a PC just running on i3 but It never reached 100% disk usage with no SSD. They are blaming Win10 for the 100% disk usage. 😏
Sir can you do a review of the msi alpha 15?
Not sure, we haven't been in contact with MSI so can't guarantee it. =/
This or, HP pavilion 15 bc-406tx ?
I don't have a lot of information on that laptop but it looks like it has a 60hz display so I'd pick the Asus instead.
Sir pareview naman po ng asus X570zd. Nalilito po talaga ako kung fx505dy ba or x570zd ang bibilhin ko. Thank you! Btw sir nice vid!

Sir okay ba yan kung 16 gb ram at maniki ko sa halagang 36k, used na kasi binebenta dito samin
Yes boss go lang basta maayos pa ung unit.

Does not having an ssd affect game play fps?
Sometimes. On games with big maps like GTAV you may experience stutter or actual gameplay pausing when parts of the map are loading and the hard drive is too slow to load that part of the map.
Otherwise on games with small maps you won't experience any FPS issues when you don't use an SSD.
Basically some games need fast storage, especially if they have large maps.
The Technoclast I have this config with 12gb of ram, and on overwatch, i get 130fps on low settings at 1080p. However, I notice occasional fps dips to like 90-100fps for about a second, maybe this is known as stuttering? Canr figure out why, limited fps to 100 but then it dips to 80
Games will always have fluctuating frame rates since sometimes there are more things to calculate for example there are explosions or more characters on screen so frame rates can drop if that happens.
what’s the ram speed?
2,666Mhz. Hope that helps.
Is 8gb ram okay for gaming? Like rust and fortnite?
Yup, 8GB is fine. Happy New Year!
I’ve got a new TUF gaming laptop with a core i5 9300h and a gtx 1650 for Black Friday for like 580. It only had one stick of 2666 8gb ram. I added another stick for dual channel memory and games felt a lot smoother plus frames practically doubled in some cases or went up 60-70.
I have one with 8gb ram and i5
I cant play gta v and nba 2k on this laptop. Keeps crashing. I already have i7 8750, gtx1050ti and 8 gb ram. And it still crashes. This laptop is not for full time gamers
I think you may have a problem not related to the laptop if your games are crashing.
I buyed with 16 gb ram and I'm adding more 16 gb ram on it and it's i7
Actually the 4gb of ram is for the graphics card. The laptop that you got probably came with 8 gb of ram since the only 4gb of ram is for the 1050 ti.
How would we then plug our own 8GB stick into it to make it 12GB if its not 4GB? Do you think we didn't actually check this? I mean, we clearly have the shot of the laptop opened with us plugging 8GB into it while keeping the original 4GB in.
Why would we even make such a big deal out of it, and even BENCHMARK the laptop using 4GB of RAM and lagging hard on Fortnite?
Why am I even replying to a clearly ill-informed comment?
Asus tuf gaming
Ryzen 5 8cores
4gb video card ddr5
16gb ram ddr4
512ssd
this laptop or acer nitro 5 ?
Haven't reviewed a Nitro 5 so I can't comment exactly. To an extent if they have similar specs the performance would be similar but it all boils down to thermal and power design by the brand.
How is screen quality??
I mention it on the video =)
@@TechInspected Thanks a lot for your valuable reply
Can you please help me decide between Asus TUF with i5 and 1050ti and Acer predator Helios 300 with same specs especially considering screen quality and cooling system

Bro....witcher 3 runs at HIGH to Medium With 16 gigs ram on this exact system
Vut I'm also a 1050ti and all ssf
Everyone is saying that it throttles... but what if it had i7 8750H, 16GB Ram, and a GTX1060 ?
the throttling is due to its power supply
Probably more throttling on the i7 due to the lower power delivery.
guys any suggestion for a gaming laptop that has at least i5 8th gen cpu and a gtx1050ti in the philippines(120hz screen sana)
thanks
This one and/or the ROG variants. Lots of other brands depending on your budget and preference.
Predator helios 300 i5 processor agood one
i think Tuf laptop has 25 power limit causing throttling
I saw that too on another 2 different videos, I mean, just look at the 1 1/2 heat pipes that comes inside
Thanks buddy you have saved my dad's money. :) :)
Uhh you're welcome! =)
How was the heat management po
Decent. Also quite explained in detail in the video.
I bought this laptop with higher specs, everything is perfect except its hinge. After a month of using the hinge is already broken
That's too bad. You should have it repaired under warranty from Asus.
My computer is already wtihout space
What are you talking about?! It does NOT have 4gb! I have that exact same laptop and it has 16GB of DDR4 RAM.
Products are sold with different configurations that's why some of the same laptops have different specs. Sooner you learn this the better.
