Thanks for helping us all the way from South Africa, so I've done all the settings as you mentioned everything worked great and logg off when I turn back on hotspot its shows all my settings and my password then on the bottoms says configure so I clicked still no changes so what am I doing wrong,thanks in advance
Hopefully you can help. I connected a Google Chromecast to my TV. Then I downloaded the google home app. I then followed the home app instructions. I don't have a Wi-Fi router in my home. I have used this device to cast images, movies etc. to my phone. Got a new phone with android 11. Now the phone says it's connecting, but then drops the signal and says can't connect. Any ideas?

It's okay if you don't just make a strong password and watch who you give the password to.

Mine says connected with no internet.
Try turning off the wifi on your device and back on, if not power it down and then back on.
