it's crazy to me that this is possible. I would say our ability to communicate is far ahead of all our other technology.
Fucken eh. Not only that, today it feels like most messages are sent/ received nearly instantaneously (by general brain receptive measurements of time)- this means that all of the messages that are sent a the same time to the same tower in the world have to be received on a different frequency, be decoded, or at a different time, in mere milliseconds or nanoseconds of time all in agreement/ or in structured sequence with each other, to the next tower, and then to the reicevers to what feels like to us is "instantaneously" - That's nuts
i think that our ability to communicate is what allows the existence of much of our technology
@@gameimprovements4347 I always notice a delay when I use cellphones
But we still have a long way to go
Yes exactly what I was thinking, technology for communication is way ahead. I mean can you imagine we had the same advance in maybe Renewable Energy, which could help decarbonize the Earth's Atmosphere much faster than our current trajectory.
All these encryption and decryption, she will send you only K.
🤣🤣🤣
😁
😭😭😭😭
Don't forget all that cable laid under the ocean.
Just tune in get the password from a homie who works at a cell tower lol and yet that package like cell towers do and unencrypted it.
It's mind boggling that people are able to come up with something so magical, it's incredible.
Now studying about Networking I respect a lot every channel that tries to explain some concept in a simple way. More respect when they do it effectively, like this one. It is not an easy task!
This is probably the best video I've seen in many years about science/technology
cristian david miller gonzalez I undoubtedly agree with you. This video should be shown as an induction to every electronics course
Yes
in years?
@@deblish Yes, a lot of concepts involved
It's this exact process that is reason why I double majored in electrical and computer engineering. Love this.
I was just thinking: you probably need a whole study to be able to just understand the basics of this, right?
And for all these years I thought there were satellites involved... WOW
No satellites involved unless you actually have a satellite phone. But all those phone masts you see everywhere now? They're not there for the fun of it. That's how your phone communicates with everyone else :)
@Supreme Leader *_OOF_*
@Supreme Leader *_BIG OOF_*
@Supreme Leader Ever heard of satellite phones, flattard.
@@SKIRRIX Satellites? Yea right and it's Alien's making spoof call's too. Bahaha.
Apart from gravity and satellites, the factual representation of wireless communication was well executed in the video. Thank you.
Dude!! Thank you so much for saving me a few hours before my class presentation!! Thank you!!! :)
Vingry ur damn lucky to study about these in class
The most horrendous thing in existence....

I was always an epic fail in Physics, so even now being 34 years of age, I totally couldn't wrap my brain around all of this.
Finally, found a video that explained everything!!! Thank you so much!!!
This video is a gem, in fact your whole channel is. Explaining things while going deep into the basics of each step. Keep up the good work!
Man!!!! the older videos are so useful, thank you!!!
It was really great, wondering about wireless communications for a long.....Thanks buddy.
Thank you! finally a video where its really explained and not just glossed over
Awesome!!!
Summarize of my 3and half years university classes!
This has the scientific explanation information other videos were missing, thanks!
Best video I have ever seen, all my doubts regarding network technology is cleared
Thank you so much! For all the hard work you made this video. I wish you a happy fortune.;)
I really loved this video. And I appreciate your hard work to make it this simplistic and intresting.
This was the most informative video that I have ever watched was easy to understand, thank you
Thats so awesome
Unlike other vids/books u answered what we really are asking *such as how do they know its me or differentiate between us*
Hii I'm from telugu very surprised about the provider of script. Proud moment
It really mind blowing how humans went from trying to start a fire all the way to some sort of wireless communication. Amazing how humans evolved and adapted. I wonder where our future generations will lead to
very great video out there.
making complex things...seem so simple in logic
Very useful..gave me new meaning why I should study my data communication and networking subject.😊
I have a new found appreciation for modern tech.
WOW! really well explained and not alot of blah blah blah and great graphics ! thanks
It's mind blowing that we're in a planet surrounded by rocks and dirt and we somehow made devices that take wireless messages and send them across the planet
Dude exactly, that's what I'm thinking
Human Brian is tooooo smart, there is absolutely a creator of this existance, God most high

Great explanation! Thanks
Awesome video. Thank you so much!
awesome man! really well explained
Nice explanation
Got it.. ty
Very good video, answerd all my questions except one. How does the tower know which tower to send the info to. Maybe the other phone is 10 m away, and the signal output should happen from the same tower. Or maybe it should send it to a tower in a different country. How does it know which tower to send to ?
Your 45160 subscriber.
Good content bro.
Amazing, thanks!!
many thanks !
Great info, thanks a lot!
very well explained. no other video talks about how towers differentiate signsl. thanks
Thank you!
This was a great video!
Great video!
Owsm... knowledge with Animation..
Thanks for the inventors of wifi and internet THANK UU
I wonder about this from time to time and always forget that wonderful thing that many of us pass by every day - the radio/cell tower(s)!
How would we function without them? Carrier pigeons, obviously.
this deserves a million of views
Thank you. I got the answers to all of my questions in a single video.

Very much informative vedio brother..Love from India..
very nice explanation!
Marvelous!
Really loved how you explain things!
Please explain how 0 and 1 is understood by the processor in a similar way that makes sense to a layman. Thank you
@@rohitjoshi3328 some other parts of a computer use low volts instead of 0 volts to represent the binary digit 0. I just thought this was a good fact to add but great explanation.
On and off. Yes and no. Between a combination of two binaries you can essentially say anything, as long as there is complex enough ruleset to decrypt the order of each 0 and 1, the time between them. Through those variables and using enough 0 and 1s you can essentially say anything.
The amount of layers of abstraction behind every functioning piece of our society is insane.
This is awesome!
Great explanation
Thank you so much 🎉
So cool, thanks
definitely subscribing
When a message is sent on a LAN, it obviously first hits the gateway. Is the gateway connected via high speed cables to a cell tower? If so, that goes against what was said in the video about cell towers receiving the radio waves as your gateway instead would be serving that role.
Excellent video
Great music!
nicely done.
Wow man! Instant sub
