100 year old House Renovattion PART 2 - BRRRR Strategy for long term rental

We have our second 100 year old house project! This is the 2nd video to update the status on this home which didn't have as much of the original craftsmanship as our first one so it should be a little easier but you NEVER know with old home renovations. The renovations are coming along really nicely for a future rental in such an old home). The goal as usual is to buy, rehab, rent, refinance, and repeat as we continue to grow our long term rental portfolio which is truly the bread and butter of our real estate journey. Documenting more of this turnover so you can see some of the work that goes into this.

yep. completely agree about the wholesalers . he calls you his beautiful wife so sweet. got to tell my husband a 30 years to take some notes he's petering out on me. ❤
