100 year old House Renovation PART 1 - BRRRR Strategy

We have our second 100 year old house project! This one didn't have as much of the original craftsmanship as our first one so it should be a little easier but you NEVER know with old home renovations. The goal as usual is to buy, rehab, rent, refinance, and repeat as we continue to grow our long term rental portfolio which is truly the bread and butter of our real estate journey. Documenting more of this turnover so you can see some of the work that goes into this.

@@Shery-G oh wow!! Thank you so much 🥰 I so wish I documented the first 100!year old house we did 2023, we took our time and I really love it! I may be able to share some phone video footage of that.
This one we are keeping as a rental and time is so important so I may have to compromise on the design but I’m still excited long term. Thanks for coming along for this one! 🤗

hey. can I get a follow back? I'm following the BRRR strategy as well.!! we did purchase one that duplex that was plugged and play but we also bought 120-year-old house which unfortunately I'm thinking it's gonna be a money pet heading back east in November to start the interior just finished the roof next month will do the siding but OMGit's not nearly as nice as the one you're showing now

Our first 100 yr old was abandoned for 12 years so it was bad!! You’re right about this one. We should be closing on our 3rd this week and it’s unfortunately a complete tear down 😞 but lots are hard to find and it was going for 30k under the lot value alone. One step at a time 😅
