    •3-4 meals are day are far better than 7-8 meals,(for better absorption) there's scientific reason behind that.
    •Also, consume only and only brown rice, white rice is nothing but carbs.
    •And if you're some roti addict then make sure to eat roti made of jo(barely) + channa, that's super healthy + less carbs.
    •Avoid alooo
    •use mishri or jaggery (gud) instead of white sugar
    •use rock salt as much as possible, avoid white.
    •consume a small bowl of any salad or fruit before talking main meal, it'll help you to avoid overeating
    •moong and sprouts are more healthy than we think
    •avoid anything after 8pm, only consume milk at late night.

    बडे भाई आपकि व्हिडीयो देखने से पहीले ही लाईक कर देता हु क्यु कि आप सबकुछ बडे अच्छे से समझाते हैं भाई और मयने ना आपको दिलसे कोच मान लिया है लेकिन दिक्कत ये भी है अगर वजन के हिसाब स कितनीे क्यालरी और (प्रोटीन,कार्ब,फ्याट,शुगर) का हिसाब-किताब करे औ जरा पल्ले नहीं पडरा, अगर वजन कम या ज्यादा करना हो तो किसको कितनी कितनी मात्रा में लें जर उसपर भी ऐक व्हिडीयो बनादो भाई दिलसे रिक्वेस्ट कर राहा हु और भाई आपके ईन्सटा पर भी मैसेज किया जरासा मुझपे भी ध्यान दो भाई बस दिक्कत बस वही पर आ रही है मानता हूं आपका शेड्यूल बोहत बिजी रहता है बस थोडासा पुश करदो आशा करता हूं आपका रिप्लाई आने की और हां आपही के वजेसे में इतना ईन्सपायर है गया हु लव्ह यू भाई
