Приятель, ближе к концу видео, поняв что ты из Индии, я совсем не удивился :))
Работа потрясающая, ты по видимому смог сделать из строительного мусора что-то работающее.
Надеюсь при этом ты понимаешь все недостатки этого решения. Идея взять прочный на сжатие и виброустойчивый гранит понятна, но использование болтовых соединений и подшипников из стоительного магазина сводят на нет все надежды на какую-то точность этого станка. Использование в качестве поверочных поверхностей других гранитных плиток тоже вызывает вопросы, хотя тут полагаю, другого выбора небыло.
В качестве соединения станины и суппорта лучше было использовать ласточкин хвост, так бы обошелся 2-мя подшипниками и вместо 3-х и конструкция была бы надежнее и точнее (хотя какая тут точность :)
А вот использование воды вместо краски для шабрения это крутая идея!

Everything out of granite, then use ball bearings.
yes ball bearings are not a good option and i will try to replace it with Dovetail joint or similar when i am capable of doing so....

spending so much time on flattening surfaces and using small castor wheels for linear guidance just does not add up, I am afraid you wasted all of your time for flattening process
