Love your and Star’s videos. The day after this came out I got nauseated at work, vomited, then started to panic driving home as I approached the highway on the verge of puking again. Pulled over in a church parking lot, put the seat back, connected this to bluetooth, and napped for an hour. Made the 40-min trip home before sundown. Thanks for what you do 🤍
@@Dbdbe1 so is driving in circles, alcohol, collect useless stuff, meditation, karaoke, alternative yogas, weird beauty treatment, acupuncture, etc. People do unusual or norm things to relax, whats the problem?
@@odysseus0990 No. You're confused, conflating several different categories here. a) Collecting stuff or driving in circles or karaoke is a personal choice - that's it b) Alcohol whatever you think of it objectively does things to your body c) 'Weird beauty treatment may or may not be bs etc The difference here is that this woman is selling false claims for money. Dress it up however you like: that's what it is.
My favorite thing about the videos with Star is her calm manner and unique accent. I don’t hear South African often! Is it all woo? Maybe but it sure is calming! ❤
I agree. Even if the actual therapy is woo woo it can't be denied the way Star does it is super-relaxing and that relaxation has health benefits. Not many people could make you so relaxed. So for that alone I think Star and her treatments are good.
I’m glad that at least for now, we can watch what we like. There is plenty of rubbish in the world - at this moment especially. These videos help clear that rubbish from my head, and they improve my mental health. That’s healing for me. What is or isn’t helpful/healing for you may be different. I think we can kindly embrace that, too. Let’s just try to be nice. This should be a safe space. Please appreciate that the energy here is remarkably positive for many.
I dont know if its possible for camera serup, but id actually prefer the low light star mentioned at the end! Bright white when you try to stream a video go to sleep to is always so harsh.
When my friend and I were little girls we would do this thing called rock therapy where we would take turns placing rocks on each other like this and it was super relaxing
glucose monitor! more than likely a free style brand one or something very similar. individuals with diabetes can apply one of those and it stays applied for a certain amount of days (ideally but sometimes they fall off). the older ones have their own reader but the new versions use an app on your phone. you tap your phone to the sensor and it can read your blood glucose levels rather than having to poke yourself with a lancet daily (sometimes multiple times a day depending on what your doctor wants you to do)!
It’s the whole session together which I split into two different videos 😊 I upload new videos Tuesdays and Sundays and occasionally more compilation formats like these on other days for those who prefer longer stuff!
Does. the NHS in England cover the cost of these sessions? If so, how often can a person go to sessions like this? Where can a person purchase the triangle pyramid?
Not British but seeing how the NHS is struggling with financing real medicine, I’m positive they won’t cover the costs for extremely relaxing pseudo science.
@@JAMES-lc8eu well, genius the saying is “a fool and his money…”. Now a simple and petty mind would quibble over the gendered pronoun being used. So, given that and your views on reiki…. I think it’s safe to say we found our fool.
Reiki is incredibly relaxing. No one is asking you to believe everything linked to it. I have done it many times and it was always great to get completely relaxed. Some people prefer a good massage and some people prefer reiki. To each their own.

Honestly guys, just watch and relax your mind. If it offends you, keep scrolling. You’re not being physically forced to watch these. Smh

Watch what you want, but the theories being advocated here are themselves rubbish.

I just slide the brightness on my screen to the lowest possible and turn on the dark mode on my UA-cam app, it helps a little bit
But the bright light and all the white make it difficult to fall asleep I agree😢
Star's treatments are really good to put on whilst journalling it helps my focus
I LOVE Star’s videos. Thank you for this!

You can tell Reiki is real because she said quantum physics.
😂😂😂😂😂
I can tell you’re fun to be around because of what you say on a stranger’s UA-cam video
😂
@@Whit_hawkchill, the quantum physics thing is kind of a running gag with star
@@Whit_hawk kind of like your reply on a stranger’s comment… it shows how deep of a thinker you are.
need a new kinesiology video with star😩♥️
This was very relaxing.

Another beautiful video! Can you give us more of Annette?
