offroad/adventure market in India has been heating up for the past few years, and Kawasaki has a great opportunity with this bike but only if they price it competitively
I will probably buy this. These kind of bikes was what I grew up with here in Europe in the 80's. For Indian roads I bet this will be a much nicer bike to quickly get me to the city center on.... I'll probably put on the 300cc big bore kit for another 5-10ps and a little more torque, quite expensive at around rs.60-70.000 but there really is few options if you want a light bike like this. I would prefer a Honda but the CRF300 is heavier and might not be on sale in 'India?
@@mohdkhajanaseeruddin537 ohh really?? then why is the RS457 priced well while the Ninja 500 is priced shit even though it has less equipment. It all comes down to priority.
I mean Xpulse is much more affordable, a little more road biased with a bigger engine. I think that's fine on hero's part. What's more exciting is their 450cc off-roader derived from their Dakar bike. Eagerly waiting for it and it'll be a sensation
Xpulse rally is 155kgs. Also it has almost a double fuel capacity. Plus the tripper navigation which works well if cell network is good. front adjustable shocks, little more power and torque, way higher ground clearance and seat height, so it has Better visibility for even touring and offroad. @@flyingbullet-53 bro they dont pay your taxes, stop fanboying, they arent some cash strapped company. They can very well manufacture in India and reduce the prices, more competition is always good for consumers.

If it cost more than 2 lacks x showroom. It's not going to sell that much. Because xpulse 21 is coming with a more powerful engine and sorting out the flaws in their previous xpulse.
@@maheshhegde7002 ok ! Thanks for the reply, talking further if 6.13 is the price don't you think , Kawasaki will have to struggle for such an amazing product specifically in indian market.
If priced sincerely and Honestly (2.15Lac ON Road)( The Japanese core tradition) I will buy this OVER Every Other 350 single cylinder bike ANY DAY.....due to it's proper perimeter frame and professional trail bike approach, Kawasaki s proven legacy to the sport...( It's not a motocross...it's air cooled trail bike )
I am looking for a dual sport to tour the nation. I will do alot of trails, back roads and much miles. My interceptor is just too heavy and no off road capability. So I'd be selling my bike to opt for a light weight dual sport. 1.It has to be light weight 2.Has to have long service intervals. 3.Super reliable. 4. Should be able to cruise at 110kmph. I hope this bike is the answer. Kawasaki don't make the price a joke. 2.5L seems fair.
With that luggage rack in place, I think pillion should take a bus instead of hopping for a ride. Absolutely no space whatsoever for pillion, but that's not what this bike is intended to be. This bike is a classic back-roader that can give immense trail riding fun -- mind you this isn't a super-cross or rally-cross bike, this is a great dual sport with extremely capable off-roading traits, lightweight and enough Power to Weight ratio to keep that grin plastered off-roads. Doing longish rides will be a drama of its own owing to the fuel tank capacity, again doable yet with extreme pain in the posterior syndrome. In short, if priced right, with super-dooper mod potential, this can rule the roost in the category for a long, long, long time to come. Can't want to see this beauty in person!
When will we get the full review? This is like the dream comes true. In the younger age, these bikes were seen only on sports channels, but now they have actually reached the Indian roads. Such a wonderful news.
