You are delusional my friend :D classically styled bike with loads of metal can never be under 200kg... not a lot of bikes are these days. For this kind of bike the weight is fine. Even saying stuff like "power to weight ratio" with bikes likes this is absolute nonsense.
@@Patriotic_Hindu you can customize it to lose significant weight quite easily actually. I own an Interceptor 650 myself. you can get a full system 2x1 exhaust - will reduce weight by 13-15 kilos easily,. next - remove Saree Guard - 1 kilo less, replace 18 inch spokes with 17 inch alloys. rear alloy plus radial tyre from Hunter is 2 kilos lighter than Stock 18 inch spoke wheel, front 17 inch alloy with radial tyre will also weigh around 1.5 kilo less, replace stock sprocket with custom one is 750 grams lighter, replace stock battery with lithium ion one, is 3 kilos lighter.... overall 20 kilos weight loss is possible i have already done half of these mods it is quite effective.

It looks beautiful though ! Although im unsure about the suspension. The classic 350 has spot on suspension. This 650 varient might be a bunmer in that regard
I thought they will put more attention to detail when it comes to the classic lineup, but they didn't. Maybe I'm the only one, but I think the older discontinued classic 500 looks more proportionate than this, let alone the current 350

RE please try to understand our major need... the heart beat...the DUG DUG sound... that the Indians expect from RE.. if you want to be succeed in market .. try to bring the DUG DUG sound in next one variant as trial..you will be surprised with the sale...we expect this change in upcoming Bullet 350....try to understand our needs...
It's awesome. I was waiting for this one. However, one point: During the turns, when the rider leans on one side, the road clearance between the silencer and the road seems to reduce to a couple of inches. I'm not sure if it's just me noticing it.
After a real long time the cinematic shots look fantastic! I wonder if powerdrift hired somebody else to do these shots. What do you think @PowerDrift ?
If Bear 650 is a great bike, and the Classic 650 is already a thing, maybe RE should retire the base Interceptor and streamline their offerings. The upcoming GT750 must get a properly sporty engine which is not shared with other models, meaning RE should effectively retire the GT650 as well. Shotgun should be revised as a style variant of Super Meteor or vice versa instead of two different products. And Scram 440 instead of 450? This is just redundancy of the highest order!

After a long time a lovely presentation from Powerdrift in my opinion. Not too much background music and all. And Varun is always the best ❤
Varun's enthusiasm is infectious!
Heavy and uncomfortable are words that comes to my mind after seeing this vedio .
Why can't they fix their rear suspension 😮💨😮💨😮💨.
@ramagopalanflautist3259 just think about it what you like about classic, it is comfort and it can't provide that , what's the point.
You could still buy the 350, no one's stopping you. You gotta understand those rear springs aren't that sophisticated, obviously re had to keep the budget in mind. But people who really love classic and wanted something bigger, will go for it. It looks 😍
The stroke length! Can only do so much. Its better than the other two but not quite there yet
I wish RE to manage 650 engine on a Classic frame, but this feels more like a cosmetic classic which is same as shotgun 650
We agree
So called Moto enthoosiaassts in the comments be like "enfield should develop seperate engines for each of their bikes" 🤡
That’s not possible
All I want is a good looking comfortable bobber to cruise around
You are looking at the right motorcycle
Damn, it looks gorgeous!!! @Varun: Love ur enthusiasm Brother...Makes me want to run to the showroom!!
Thanks for the love!
They should put classic 350 rear suspension. What an excellency suspension that bike has
We agree, the 350's suspension is a great setup!
243kg weight? Is RE crazy? Bike should've been under 200kg. Poor power to weight ratio.
Crome & metals increase too much weight.😢
buy an Interceptor, replace the headlight and the tank. it will become a Classic 650 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
You are delusional my friend :D classically styled bike with loads of metal can never be under 200kg... not a lot of bikes are these days. For this kind of bike the weight is fine. Even saying stuff like "power to weight ratio" with bikes likes this is absolute nonsense.
What the hell are you smoking? Which 650 of RE is less than 200kg? Where are your calculations coming from?
I expected it to be more bulkier. I hope in the future they release chrome bronze colour.
Its heavy anyway
people hating RE too much nowadays
@@PowrrmeisteR let them hate
Do you really care????
@GovindYadav-ny5ei nahh, as far as I am concerned RE is classy 🥳
@@PowrrmeisteR same here dude
😀❤️
Its the internet my friend
Option to plonk different engines on different chassis will be available shortly with the way RE are cooking up bikes
very difficult but lets see
Around 3 lakhs on road would better
Top model is 3.9 lakhs ex showroom
keep dreaming😂
bro😂
Impossible 😂
There’s no way that’s happening
Should've given 2 in 1 exhaust that double barrel looks kinda odd 🫤
Appreciate the comment mate
this bike has nothing new to offer, thats why talking all history, landspace and all bullshit
🤣🤣🤣
This name made Royal Enfield the company it is today
Maybe your opinion is Bull
You are missing the whole point of this bike. It is all about old school riding. It is like riding a time machine out of the 1950s. The Classic is about miles of smiles.
Great looking bike ! Now it’s time for Royal Enfield to step it way up with a 1000 cc new machine 👍. Perhaps for the American market only. 🇺🇸
That’s a great idea!
Kudos for editing, camera and presentation 👌❤️
Thanks! Glad you liked it.
It looks beautiful though ! Although im unsure about the suspension. The classic 350 has spot on suspension. This 650 varient might be a bunmer in that regard
Yeah. We need to test it in India.
I just loved the length of bike, it look classic vintage and huge.
It's a real head turner!
O god the beauty and elegance of this bike is breath taking❤
Some beautiful heavy and powerful girl !!
Looks awesome!
I thought they will put more attention to detail when it comes to the classic lineup, but they didn't. Maybe I'm the only one, but I think the older discontinued classic 500 looks more proportionate than this, let alone the current 350
Looks good. But hope suspension is better than shotgun and perform better on Indian roads .
And for India 170 mm ground clearance is minimum.
For UK its awesome
Slightly better yes but not 100%
It's going to be a perfect platform for a custom bobber with tall handlebar.
You might see a Bobber 650 in the future
@@powerdriftofficialAre you sure!!?? If you are then will wait for the bobber.
@@powerdriftofficialBTW thanks for the info in advance.
@@powerdriftofficialbut bro by the look of the petrol tank inclining a bit makes it almost looks like a bobber except for the low handlebar.
Now that's a retro brute.... Uber cool in all it's knightly splendor... Awesomeness!! ❤❤
Indeed it is! 😎
So pleased to see you guys in the UK. Would've been great to have a meet up here. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoyed the ride, and the sunlight is not an edit.
Jahahah. No no. Beautiful Newcastle skies
RE has 3 engines 350' 450 and 650. And they are now completely using that by changing some cycle parts and names . Anyways it's really good that a company is bringing such beautiful machines like these at an accessible price
Yes! They've definitely found a good formula, it's great to see.
I really love what Royal Enfield is doing, I'm so happy to see all these back to back releases.. wish one day I could afford one ❤🎉
We feel you! 😊
I just hope that they have ironed out all the issues that were plaguing the Interceptor 650.....the gear box , electricals, front suspension etc.... the list goes on....I have had a torrid experience owning the Interceptor 650 and thankfully I had the extended warranty to tide over all these issues...
We hope so too!
Can we expect Bullet Standard 650 as well?
We believe that is next
9:11 wow ! You are way better than the Australian Olympic break dancer.
Trophy goes to you 🏆
Give us our gold medal hahahahha
@@powerdriftofficial 😀👍
Classic 350 needed big brother❤❤😂😂❤❤❤❤
Aa gaya
The lineup is gonna crazy 😊❤️
Its already crazy right?
Waiting for Hunter 650
Bear 650 is there so Hunter won't come.
There’s the Guerrilla
for me noise dosent matter much, any sound which is a noise is unlikable for me, in the bike look, and ride matters❤
Sure thing
It’s a very beautiful looking motorcycle….. I own a 350 reborn but now I’m looking forward for this beauty ❤❤❤
A classic upgrade, for sure! 👍
Loveddddd the editing on this!! Mr Painter is smooooth as always 🙌🏻
Appreciate the appreciation! 🙌
Doesn't this make the Shotgun 650 kind of redundant?? Similar styling, seating position, same platform and similar riding experience!!!
Not really. The Shotgun has a different TG
I have owned a Classic 500 Desert Storm for years, and I am excited to see that a worthy successor is finally available!
Glad you agree - the 500 was a great bike, and the 650 definitely lives up to the expectations.
The heavyweight has arrived😅
The rear mudguard and exhaust are eyesore👀
Its actually pretty heavy
RE please try to understand our major need... the heart beat...the DUG DUG sound... that the Indians expect from RE.. if you want to be succeed in market .. try to bring the DUG DUG sound in next one variant as trial..you will be surprised with the sale...we expect this change in upcoming Bullet 350....try to understand our needs...
That will mean a new engine completely
This thing is nearly equal in weight to my Shadow 1100!😮
Big boy, yes!
It's awesome. I was waiting for this one. However, one point: During the turns, when the rider leans on one side, the road clearance between the silencer and the road seems to reduce to a couple of inches. I'm not sure if it's just me noticing it.
We never scraped the silencer. Just the pegs
After capturing 350 class now on 650 time baby 🔥 ❤
Time will tell
After a real long time the cinematic shots look fantastic! I wonder if powerdrift hired somebody else to do these shots. What do you think @PowerDrift ?
It was shot by the team at Royal Enfield
Quintessential Classic, but the tank graphics and the colours could be better
We quite like the colour and the graphics
If Bear 650 is a great bike, and the Classic 650 is already a thing, maybe RE should retire the base Interceptor and streamline their offerings. The upcoming GT750 must get a properly sporty engine which is not shared with other models, meaning RE should effectively retire the GT650 as well. Shotgun should be revised as a style variant of Super Meteor or vice versa instead of two different products. And Scram 440 instead of 450? This is just redundancy of the highest order!
If you have to choose only one RE 650, wich one you ll pick ?
Thumbnail mein DUG DUG likha but no engine sound segment?
You're right, that was a mistake on our part 🤭
