    Avoid 90% of the problem = no ODSP/Welfare! ....of course, I personally would never discriminate against people who are troubled/destitute/addicts/unemployed/lazy!

    My building's management company found a way to do unit inspections every 6 month's. They test smoke alarms in May and then actual premise inspections in November. Every 6 month's they hide behind this crap just to weasel their way in. But hey, the law is the law, right? So very convoluted. They just add on as they fail because of what's already there.
