How have I just found you!?! I'm absolutely bingeing your wonderful content. The voice over script and delivery on this video are sensational, so like original footage. I'm so excited to see everything on your channel.
Melina, Im also suffering with chronic vertigo! Started a month ago and have had numerous appointments and tests that yielded nothing. I live in a city and still work although I'm struggling, as a vintage lady myself one of my worst fears is that I'm going to get hit with a spell of vertigo and make a spectacle of myself. I am attending chiropractor and acupuncture as well as cut out all processed foods. I hope you feel better soon ❤
Thank you so much for your comment, I am so sorry to hear that you're also suffering from vertigo. It's truly awful! I can't imagine how difficult it would be to still go to work with the dizziness, you're beyond brave. I've had mine for two years and although it hasn't really gotten better I've learned to identify and avoid my triggers so I get less attacks. It's most likely vestibular migraine but it took quite a while to even get a sort-of diagnosis, so I know the struggle. Sending you love and support, I hope things get better for you soon ♥️♥️
@MelinaMeineke I've been two years vertigo free knock on wood. Because I get dizzy 24/7 for months at a time instead of short spells, the diagnosis was just, that's odd, we'll just say it's atypical vertigo lol. We ruled out vestibular migraine & I was relieved to be honest because the migraine diet cuts out too much yummy stuff! While I don't have a clue why the vertigo stopped, the two things that changed are my stress reduced, and I moved out of a home absolutely sodden with black mould where I'd been for seven years.
