Thanks for the strengthening exercise. 1'quick question, I first had a problem loading the 30 day calender on NYE but I continue to get emails for each day of exercise. I like to try to download the 30 day calendar again but somehow I don't see it anyway. Could I have the link please. 🙏

Keeping a little body weight on the arm holding the chair seems to keep tension on one tricep while working the other. I assume that's beneficial.
