    Thats a very good programm im doing saomething very similar to this for 2 months now and iv seen gains. My question would be when to do cardio? Like running or something

      Hi there! If you wish to perform cardio, you can perform it post-workout. Or, you can perform cardio first thing in the morning, and perform this workout later in the afternoon. 🙌

      Hi! You can go back to doing Barbell Squats or switch it up to Front Barbell Squats. 🦵

    so for example, it could be Monday Wednesday Friday, and you would rest 2 days (sat sun) and start again on Monday?

      As long as you wish. Just make sure your nutrition, hydration and rest, coincide with your goals and recovery.

      Biceps and triceps are secondary muscle groups activated in this program. If you want to add isolation work - go for it! 💪
