    The iWannaBurnFat UA-cam channel is finally here!
    I really hope you enjoyed watching my first UA-cam video. With this UA-cam channel I want to reach a broader audience by putting the main concepts I discuss on my Instagram/blog into video form. Like my other content, I'm taking on an evidence-based approach to give the most reliable & useful information I'm capable of giving.
    About the full-body routine, I also quickly want to mention that there is nothing magical about full-body training. It's just 1 way you can organize your training volume. But if you only have 2-4 days in a week to train, I'd argue full-body training is one of the most effective training structures.

      Hello. Is there a alternative to squats? Or should i do front squat instead? Back squats is damaging to my injured coccyx bone and mid back!

      Sir what if I go for 3 day full body workout and 3 day full cardio to burn fat so will I gain muscle and burn fat at the same time and would it be effective if I do it on alternate days

    This is about what I've been doing for the last year and it works wonders! I never get sick of it. I basically do:
    1. Push + pull
    2. Legs + push
    3. Pull + legs
    This way every muscle gets hit at least twice a week, and getting through the workout is more motivating as I'll have to take that 1-2 set for shoulders all out, because the rest of the workout is something else.

    Illness, meds, surgery & months of recovery have left me in the worse shape of my life.
    I am a big fan and your tips on IG have helped. So I will try this 3 day routine for 8 weeks and see how it goes. I want to get back in shape and trust your methods.
    PS, funds are low due to months of med leave so I have to take this route.

    6weeks doing your program now and im getting jacked,really amazing workouts,calories are high thou,3200calories a day but the results are amazing,fullbody is really underated nowadays I think,but really beneficial,rest is very important

    Transferring some support from your IG fan. Always supported by evidence based science. I like how you went straight to the point and did not waste too much time talking in the intro. Question about using this alternative in comparison to single muscle exercises. Is it a significant difference in the results of gaining muscle in doing full body workouts? Again great video! Keep it up!

      Thank you, Luis! Yes, I'm not a fan of long intros as well haha.
      Generally, you can expect slightly better results with a routine that trains each muscle 2-3x per week VS a body part split that trains every muscle group only 1x per week. The main reason for this probably is that higher training frequencies allow you to train each muscle group harder (with more volume). Just think about it, if you divide 12 sets of chest training over two training days,
      you'll be able to handle more weight and do more reps when compared to doing 12 sets of chest in 1 training day.

      @@utkarsh6583 gain strength and muscles abit until i stopped around 3 weeka ago because of work. I wish i had more weights because i only have up until 50kg. My pullup when up from 3 to 8 now

      @@utkarsh6583 that's good! I struggle mainly because of my weight i think. I'm 85kg back then 188cm, nowadays I'm 82kg so i guess that's why it increases? But still, try the routine for a month or so. I love these because i can spend more time doing anything else.

    Very nice video! Congratulations! Definitely going to give it a try to the routine. What would you suggest to train the days in between? Some cardio and isolated exercises?

      You could do some active recovery in between the training days, like cycling/walking, but you don't have to add much honestly. 3 heavy sessions is a good amount of exercise in a week. 1-2 cardio sessions in a week can be added if desired

      If the biceps in particular is something you want to work on, you can add a Hammer Curl to Full-Body Day 2 or 3. This allows you to also focus on strengthening the brachialis.

    I know that rest is ESSENTIAL between work outs... but I’m so tempted to do push ups every day also. Will doing push ups ruin my progress?? Kill my gains?? Or will it just speed up the process??

      If you really want to give it a try, start with doing 1 set of max-rep push-ups daily. Avoid overdoing your training by not training the chest with too much volume.
